🚀 🔥 How to configure and use Salesforce's Einstein for Developers

Generative AI is a transformative technology that increases developer productivity, accelerates software application development, and reduces the barrier for anyone to learn programming. At this year’s TrailblazerDX, we announced Einstein for Developers – and now, Salesforce’s generative AI solution that unleashes developer productivity is officially in Open Beta.

Built specifically for Salesforce languages and frameworks, Einstein for Developers is able to generate Apex code using natural language. Support for LWC is coming soon. In this blog, we will explore how to get started with Einstein for Apex development and how its potential can revolutionize your development process.

🚀 🔥 Salesforce Winter 24 Release | Build Screen Flows with Reactive Components 🚀 🔥

In this video, I am going to share how you can build screen flows with Reactive Components. Reduce the number of screens that your users click through, and build screens that feel like single-page applications with reactive flow screen components. Configure supported standard components or custom Lightning web components to react to changes in other components on the same screen in real-time. For example, create a Data Table component that lists Opportunity records. On the same screen, add a Radio Buttons component, and set the default value of the component to the stage of the first Opportunity that the user selects. Previously, if you needed a component to react to changes in another component, you placed the components on separate screens.

📣 How To Secure Apex Code With User Mode Database Operations | Spring 23 Release 📣

Apex code runs in System Mode by default, with elevated access. If you want to run apex code respecting the running user’s permission, now after Spring 23 release, you can do that. With Spring 23 release, Salesforce is bringing the option to execute apex Database and Search methods in user mode instead of default system mode. In this blog post, I will share some examples demonstrating how to use this feature.

📣 How To Bind Variables in Dynamic SOQL Query in Salesforce | Spring 23 Release 📣

If you want to dynamically pass bind variables to a SOQL, with Spring 23 release, you will get more power.

In today’s video, I will be showing you how you can dynamically pass bind variables to a SOQL query. So let’s explore this with some examples.

With the new Database.queryWithBinds, Database. getQueryLocatorWithBinds, and Database. countQueryWithBinds methods, the bind variables in the query are resolved from a Map parameter directly with a key rather than from Apex code variables. As a result, it’s not necessary for the variables to be in scope when the query is executed.

🔔 How To Find Out Which Apex Classes Implement The Interface | Spring 23 Release 🔔

In this video, I will be showing you how to find out which apex classes have implemented an interface. And after finding what we can do with that information. So let’s explore this with some examples. ApexTypeImplementor is now generally available and has been updated since the beta release. It represents Apex classes that directly or indirectly implement an interface. Using a SOQL query this object gets information about public or global classes and only global classes for installed managed packages. IsConcrete - Indicates whether the implementing class is abstract (false) or not (true).
