LAST CALL to Help Shape TND 2027

We’re still looking for feedback on where TND27 should take place within the GTA/Golden Horseshoe area and we’d love your input!

If you haven’t filled out the location survey yet, there’s still time. But don't wait too long. The Survey closes May 31st.

Survey Link

One question we’re getting asked a lot:

“Why is True North Dreamin' staying in the GTA again next year?”

The short answer: sustainability and growth.

As a fully volunteer-run event, it’s difficult to finish one conference and immediately pivot to planning in a completely different part of a country, especially one as large as Canada. Staying within the GTA/Golden Horseshoe area for another year helps us:

💙 Build a stronger financial foundation for the future

💙 Reduce operational stress while we improve and grow the event

💙 Begin planning TND28 earlier and more strategically

💙 Build stronger local volunteer and organizational support (wherever we plan to go next)

💙 Create a more sustainable long-term path for expanding to other regions in future years

We absolutely want TND to continue growing across Canada over time. This is simply the most realistic and responsible next step as we continue to build the event.

Thanks for all your feedback, ideas, and support so far! 🇨🇦

A Successful Two Days at True North Dreamin' 2026!

True North Dreamin’ 2026 has wrapped, and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to this amazing community 💙

Over the two days, we saw exactly what makes the Salesforce ecosystem so special—people sharing knowledge, learning from each other, and making new connections.

From practical, real-world sessions to the conversations happening in between, the energy throughout the event was something special.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, spoke, volunteered, and supported TND26. This event is 100% community-driven, and it really shows in the way people show up for each other.

Even though the event is over, the conversations don’t stop here. I hope you’ll continue to stay connected, share what you’ve learned, and keep building on the relationships you started.

Help Shape TND 2027

We’re already starting to think about next year (yes, already), and one of the biggest decisions is location.

If you’re in the Golden Horseshoe/GTA area—or planning to attend again—we’d really appreciate your input.

Go to: Location Survey

If you were there, what stood out to you? Favourite session, moment, or takeaway? Was there a speaker that made you think, "I could do this too"? Share it here to inspire others.

And if you missed it, hopefully we’ll see you next time 😊

📝 True North Dreamin’ 2026 is Just 9 Days Away 🇨🇦

We’re officially into the final stretch for True North Dreamin’ 2026 — just 9 days out.

***A quick note for speakers and sponsors: there are a few upcoming deadlines on

May 3, so please make sure you’ve reviewed your email updates and have everything you need in place.

At this point, most of the event is set — sessions, speakers, sponsors, and the many little details that make it all come together.

Speaker profiles are live, the session list is full, the agenda is live, and it’s much easier now to see what the two days will look like.

We’ve also been sending important updates to attendees, speakers, and sponsors over the past couple of weeks. If you’re planning to join us in Toronto and haven’t seen those, please check your inbox (and spam folder), or let us know so we can resend.

Things are starting to move very quickly.

Sponsors are preparing, speakers are finalizing details, and attendees are sorting travel, hotels, and schedules. It’s no longer “next month”. It’s right around the corner.

Ticket sales close

May 7, so make that decision now.

🚀 New Video Alert! | Salesforce Summer '26 Flow Enhancement

🗺️ Map Values in Flows Using Global Flow Resources — and it's a game changer!

If you've ever struggled with hardcoding picklist values or managing label-to-value mappings inside Flows, Summer '26 has a beautiful solution for you.

In my latest video, I walk you through:

✅ How to create Global Flow Resources for value mapping

✅ How to wire these resources directly into your Flows

✅ A complete end-to-end demo inside the Salesforce Automation App

💡 Why does this matter?

Before this enhancement, maintaining value maps across multiple Flows was painful — changes had to be made in every single Flow. With Global Flow Resources, you define it once and reuse it everywhere. That means less maintenance, fewer bugs, and cleaner architecture.

Whether you're a Salesforce Admin looking to level up your Flow game or a Developer building complex automation, this feature will save you hours of rework.

🎯 This is a must-watch if you:

👉 Build or maintain Flows in Salesforce

👉 Want to write cleaner, more scalable automation

👉 Are preparing for the Summer '26 release

.

Find the link to book your reservations at

https://www.truenorthdreamin.com/accomodations-2026

📝 We also shared a new blog post this week.

A look at what a typical day at True North Dreamin’ can feel like — from sessions and keynotes to the conversations in between. If you’re still deciding or just starting to plan, it’s a helpful way to picture how your time might unfold.

https://www.truenorthdreamin.com/news/2026/3/23/a-day-at-true-north-dreamin

If TND has been on your radar, this is a good time to start locking in plans.

And for those considering sponsorship — please note that inclusion in certain printed and on-site materials (such as t-shirts, lanyards, and signage) depends on upcoming production timelines, so we may have to offer alternate benefits for sponsorships received after April 5th.

More to come next week as we head into April.

Hi True North Trailblazers 👋

We've shared a new blog post this week with a few thoughts on how to get the most out of

True North Dreamin’ 2026

 — especially if it’s your first time attending.

The blog is here if you’d like to read it.

Also in the blog post this week, I briefly mentioned the idea of a possible Niagara Falls trip before TND26 for anyone travelling in early from out of town.

If you’re coming to Toronto in May, would a small optional Niagara Falls visit be something you’d consider?

If this sounds like something you might consider, keep an eye out for more details — or let us know you’d be interested here.

Nothing formal — just gauging interest at this stage.

🚀 Salesforce Spring '26: The Era of Codeless Customization is Here! 🚀

Are you ready to elevate your Salesforce Flows without writing a single line of CSS or custom LWC?

The Spring '26 release is a game-changer for Flow builders, and I’ve just released a deep-dive video covering everything you need to know.

In this video, I explore the major enhancements that focus on two key areas: UI Control and Builder Efficiency.

Here’s what’s coming to your org:

🎨 Flow Screen Styling: Customize background colors, border radius, and button styles directly in the builder to match your brand. [01:21]

📂 Content Document Triggers: Finally! Build record-triggered flows on Content Document and Content Version objects. [04:24]

📤 LWR File Upload: A native flow component for file uploads on Experience Cloud LWR sites—no custom LWC needed. [06:03]

📊 Kanban Board in Flow: Display your data in a beautiful, read-only Kanban view natively within a Screen Flow. [12:14]

🔄 Compare Flow Versions: Easily identify differences between flow versions with a new side-by-side comparison tool. [20:54]

✅ Flow Test Versioning: Assign specific flow tests to individual versions to ensure your automation stays robust. [10:13]

...and much more, including 4-direction canvas scrolling, collapsible branches, and visual message components!

Whether you’re an admin or a developer, these features will significantly speed up your delivery and improve user experience.

📺 Watch the full deep dive here: https://youtu.be/zA8mwhBHnwA

What is your favorite Flow enhancement from this release? Let’s discuss in the comments! 👇
