I had given an exam of Agentforce Specialist on 29th. December 2025. My result showed me “Fail” despite the passing criteria being 73% and i scored 75.2%. Since then I even had raised a ticket regarding my result on 29/12/2025 and there’s no response from the team of Trailhead or Salesforce till now, i.e 13/01/2026. I request to the team of Salesforce or Trailhead to look into it. Here’s my result 👇🏻 

Hello Trailblazers,

I’m a 2023 graduate with training in Salesforce development, including hands-on practice with Apex, SOQL, triggers, and Lightning components. I’ve been actively learning through Trailhead and have completed several modules and superbadges to strengthen my skills in Salesforce Admin and CRM fundamentals.

However, as a fresher without prior work experience, I’m finding it difficult to land an internship or entry-level opportunity. I’ve applied to several openings, but most require experience.

I would really appreciate any guidance, suggestions, or resources from this amazing community. Specifically:

What are the best ways for a fresher to gain hands-on experience?

Are there any non-profit projects, volunteer work, or internship programs open to beginners?

Any tips on getting connected with Salesforce partners or hiring managers?

I’m highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to growing in this space. Any help or direction would mean a lot!

Hi All, 

It's a beautiful community. Whenever I'm stuck on something, I ask here and people help me immediately but after doing so many projects at Trailhead and earning my two certifications I still can't find a job. No one is accepting of my career gap but I learned Salesforce when I was on my maternity gap. It took me about 2 years to complete my two certifications and the trailhead project. Hoping that this will help me to find a nice job. But no one is giving me an Opportunity. I am very disappointed. I have been asking them to at least give me some volunteer projects and see my work but so far no one has given me any chance. It feels like I've been punished for my motherhood and paying the motherhood penalty to the industry.

Can you all please suggest to me how to find a job as a salesforce administrator or developer (platform developer).

I am passionate about the salesforce technology and want to make my career in Salesforce ecosystem. 

Additionally I have expertise on DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and more with AWS platform.

Can you please guide me how can I use DevOps in Salesforce.

Is the traditional DevOps is similar with the DevOps use in Salesforce ecosystem?

Is DevOps is used Salesforce Ecosystem?

I want to know that how can I use my DevOps Skills in Salesforce and their is a scope in Salesforce with DevOps in future?
