    Thanks @Mona Verma

What issues did you encounter in the first place? I'm struggling to find any information about how MC users have been affected.

    Thanks again

Today I completed another important milestone in my Salesforce journey by earning the Intermediate Administrator badge on Trailhead.

Over the past months, I’ve been consistently improving my Admin skills, exploring Flow automation and learning more about how Salesforce can support better processes and user experiences.

Coming from a background in Languages and Education, I’ve been enjoying the challenge of combining communication, organization and technology throughout this transition into the ecosystem.

At this stage, I’d really like to hear from experienced professionals:

What would you consider the most important next steps for someone preparing to land a first Junior Salesforce Admin opportunity?

I’d genuinely appreciate your insights and recommendations.

I’ve seen ChatGPT used for code explanation and documentation writing in other platforms. Is anyone using it with Salesforce use cases, especially Flows, Apex, or user training materials?

One must have basic knowledge and skills for implementing declarative and non declarative usecases in salesforce. Chatgpt can help you in building from scratch but you need to take care whether it is optimized or not so you can prompt gpt and get it rectified.

    Hi Fernando,

This is usually related to permissions or visibility settings.

    You may want to check:

    • The Flow is activated
    • Users have permission to run Flows
    • The Flow or Action is assigned through Profiles or Permission Sets
    • The Action is added to the correct Lightning Record Page or Page Layout

Also verify whether the users have access to the related object and fields used in the Flow.

I've just implemented the Nebula Logger in my Salesforce org and I'm curious if I really need to bring over Log__c, LogEntry__c, and LogEntryEvent__e for full visibility? I'm just logging the exception in APEX. It appears that the LogEntryEvent__e will contain all the details I need and that the other Logging records form a redundancy or duplicate reporting. Doing a cost benefit analysis what would the company lose and gain by this decision and would it just be best to send all the object records through?      Side note is the LogEntryEvent__e really being sent over to Datadog in realtime or is it being queried on a scheduled bases? It appears to be the later one in my observation, but curious to get confirmation.

If you only need operational monitoring in Datadog, LogEntryEvent__e may be sufficient.

The other objects are useful for persistence/reporting inside Salesforce but can introduce redundancy and additional storage costs.

Platform Events are typically near real-time, although ingestion latency can depend on the Datadog pipeline setup.

📢📢 VRA v260, Spring '26 release is GA! (package 19.x) 📢📢

What's New?

  1. Mobile Application Screen Sharing Motivation: allow customers to share only specific app screens with the service agent, without exposing any other element of their mobile device. This matters because keeping customer privacy with support activity that doesn't require supporting phone system functions is paramount when mobile devices are the most personal device today. Requirements: This feature requires the organization to integrate the VRA SDK into the mobile app. It involves a few hours of work. Benefits: if the app isn't installed on the device when the session link is sent, the customer will be automatically taken to the App Store to the app page, and once installed and opened, the sharing will start immediately - creating a smooth customer experience. This is in contrast to using VRA's Mobile Screen Mirroring via the instant Mirroring VRA separate app that needs to be installed every time, causing AHT increase, CX friction, and risks brand confusion. Is it applicable to my business? If you have an app you maintain and need your customers to use for operating your equipment (e.g., robotic cleaner control apps), better digital engagement (e.g., retail shopping apps), or brand awareness (e.g., financial institutions), this feature is for you. You'll be able to take customers from installation (adoption), through enablement/guidance, to troubleshooting issues.
  2. Self-Service Image Preview Motivation: improve CX when loading imagery via Community Sites in self-service, and allow deletion of unwanted candidate images before final upload. This matters because customers can choose the best images even after loading them, and make changes before they commit to the final upload. Benefit: customers feel more confident, and back-office people have less clutter to process through. Security and mobile/desktop consistent experience is maintained.
  3. Permission Validation Motivation: This feature enables Salesforce Admins to verify VRA access and permissions directly within the VRA Configuration Panel. Admins can quickly identify missing objects, fields, or Apex permissions, ensuring deployments are secure, reliable, and aligned with best practices. Benefit: previously, permission "troubleshooting" was painful at times, if not managed manually.
  4. Mass Image Retrieval Screen Flow Motivation: Allowing business users to import mass quantities of images from TechSee's storage into Salesforce's "Files and Attachments" storage.  Benefit: In some cases, images must be stored (and storage paid for) within the Salesforce core objects. This feature allows one-off batch imports.
  5. French Canadian support: VRA agents can select French Canadian to fully support French Canadian end customers.
  6. VRA Retrieve Session Summary and Image Flow Action modernized: allows non-VRA licensees to view VRA images, and create "visual demand" across the organization, further entrenching VRA and creating more use cases for it.

Check out the attached full deck and screenshots for full features details.

Thank you, @David R. - we appreciate all feedback. I believe the original intention behind keeping it as video only was around Salesforce having its own chat, but on mobiles, that would require swapping apps, which isn't too user-friendly. Point taken back to the Product team!

I am trying to complete a Superbadge and followed the instructions to access the challenges. As part of the process, I signed up for a free Developer Edition org with the required special configuration.

After signing up, I received an email to reset my password. However, I have a concern: during the signup process, I was never asked to set any security questions. Now, while resetting the password, it is asking me to answer a security question (for example, “What is your pet’s name”).

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi Everyone :) I am looking at moving into SAAS sales coming from retail industry (Tech) as a Channel Account Executive (4 years F2F sales consultant & 4 years AE). Has anyone here made similar career changes? Any tips or advice?

So i made a similar jump a few years back and the biggest thing was translating my retail wins into SaaS language—focus on metrics like quota attainment, upsell %, and relationship management. Learn the basics of common SaaS models (MRR, ARR, churn) and get familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce so you can speak the lingo in interviews. Networking with current SaaS AEs on LinkedIn helped me a ton.

I passed multiple Salesforce certification preparation exams on 26th August using ITExamspro: CRT 101, CRT 251, CRT 261, CRT 271, CRT 211, CRT 402, and CRT 450. The updated practice questions and clear explanations made preparation smooth, effective, and easy to follow.
