This is an internal server error on Salesforce's own infrastructure (the message itself confirms "
salesforce.comsupport team has been notified"), not something wrong with your account setup or browser.
Since this happened right after login on a specific home page, try:
- Wait a few minutes and refresh, transient internal errors often clear on retry
- Try navigating directly to Setup or a different tab (like an object list view) instead of the Home page, if that works, the issue may be specific to a component on your Home page (like a broken dashboard or custom Lightning component)
- Clear browser cache or try incognito, rules out a stale cached page state
- If it persists across all pages/browsers, log a case with Salesforce Support and include the Error ID: 605878076-277435 (-652286695), that ID lets their support team pull the exact server-side log for your issue
Since the org is on a Developer Edition-style domain (
speed-speed-1379.lightning.force.com), if this is a Trailhead Playground, spinning up a fresh one may be faster than waiting on a support case.

After much research, many hours and dead ends, I am stumped on how to apply multiple states into one territory. I have the territory model set up and just need to apply the assignment rules to set multiple states into a territory.
Example: I have Eastern US and Western US. They each will have 25 states. In Western US, I need to add CA, OR, WA, AZ, UT, CO, ID, etc. If I add one state (WA), it returns accounts. But when I make a new assignment rule to add another state (OR) to that territory (one recommendation I read), it returns no accounts. What are the recommendations here? Do I have to create a child territory for each state? I feel like I am missing something. Or is it really this difficult?

Thank you! I appreciate you taking the time to respond. This is very helpful. I tried the OR condition route and struck out because it limits you to 10 rows and I need 25. So, I couldn't get to the filter logic step.
The formula field makes great sense. I will try that one.

A startup focusing on Salesforce admin automation for sales reps. I take so many notes at my current job, and I was spending too much time after every call, or at the end of my day logging notes manually. I felt that note taking should be automated, so I built this as a tool for myself, but also realized that many other people in sales had the same problems as me.
I have a team at GridMate testing it out currently, and have a whole roadmap planned for the future as this gets into the hands of more people. Let me know what you think!

Quick question for folks using Salesforce Favorites (if any) :
Do you actually go back to your Favorites… or do they just kind of sit there?
I’ve been working on a simple way to make them more useful (easier to revisit, share, and actually act on). It also uses Agentforce(Internal Employee agent) to help automate actions on those favorites and I can show a quick demo of what I’ve built. If anyone’s open to trying it and giving honest feedback, I’d really appreciate it.
