#Jobs21 discussing

Hello All,  We're looking for help with choosing a Salesforce partner. We're a small company (about 50 people) in the business as a Value Added Reseller and Managed Services Provider. We're looking to switch from a different CRM to SalesForce. Our current CRM is highly customized because each customer order requires individual pricing. In addition, we're using custom scripts to integrate the CRM with ServiceNow. Could you please share your experiences with a SalesForce consultant/partner who would be able to help us with this transition? We'd particularly love to hear hear from businesses of a similar size or in a similar industry space.

Hello Everyone,

I’ve been working as an End User for Salesforce for more than a year and recently  completed by training in Salesforce Admin, Apex and LWC concepts. I've also successfully completed Admin and PD1 certifications.

I've been on a job trail for about 3 months and don't see any open positions for Freshers or juniors in the market.

Would it be possible for anyone of you to refer me for any open roles in your esteemed

organizations ?

I'm happy to work in start-ups if given an opportunity.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Great work on completing your Salesforce Admin and PD1 certifications, @Avinash Tellakula. Your hands-on End User experience combined with Apex and LWC training is a good foundation for starting a Salesforce career.

The entry-level market can definitely be challenging, but don’t lose momentum. I’d be happy to take a look at your profile/resume and see if I come across any suitable opportunities within my network. Best of luck with your job search!

Our consulting company is interested in becoming a formal service provider for Salesforce applications. We would like to offer services such as maintenance, implementation, integration, and general solutions to Salesforce users.

In this regard, we would like to inquire about the requirements and legalities needed to be listed as a formal service provider in the Salesforce ecosystem. Specifically, we would like to know:

  1. What are the necessary qualifications and certifications required to become a formal service provider for Salesforce applications?
  2. What legal documents do we need to provide to become an official partner, such as insurance certificates or liability waivers?
  3. What is the process for applying to become a formal service provider, and what are the criteria for approval?
  4. Are there any costs associated with becoming a formal service provider, and if so, what are they?
  5. Once approved, what benefits can we expect as a formal service provider, such as access to support resources, training, or marketing opportunities?

We would greatly appreciate any information you can provide regarding these questions.

For a Salesforce consulting partnership, a company generally needs relevant Salesforce expertise, qualified professionals, a strong track record in implementation and integration, and the ability to provide ongoing customer support. The official Salesforce Trailblazer discussion also points companies toward the Salesforce partner sign-up process.

Businesses looking for a reliable consulting partner can work with providers like Plumlogix, which can support Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization. This helps companies meet their Salesforce requirements while focusing on their core business goals.

Hello all,

I am a Certified Platform Admin based in Minnesota looking for my first professional experience on the SF platform.

I have had a few interviews for Salesforce roles, even some that went to a 2nd and 3rd round, but always seem to lose out on that valuable experience.

I am willing to connect and network and any advice would be so greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

Can somebody give me a suggestion on how to find my first Salesforce job?

I obtained my Administrator certification a year ago and still can’t find anything.

I’m located in Ottawa, Canada. There aren’t many positions in Canada, so I don’t know if it still makes sense to keep searching or give up on Salesforce.
