    Hi everyone! 👋 My name is Jod Louis, and I’m excited to be part of the Trailblazer Community. 

     

    I’m passionate about technology, problem-solving, customer support, and building practical solutions that improve workflows and user experience. I also enjoy web development and building systems that help people and organizations operate more effectively.

    Right now, I’m focused on learning more about Salesforce, especially Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    , Salesforce development, and building custom solutions that are useful, scalable, and user-friendly. I’m also interested in growing my skills in Salesforce Administration and platform customization.

 Salesforce Definition: A Different Perspective

 

Salesforce is a structured, cloud-based, multitenant database management system that provides specialized functionalities to manipulate data and enforces a multi-layered security system. Architecturally, Salesforce stores data in a strictly structured way at the backend, but transmits and displays it in semi-structured formats (i.e., JSON or XML).

Hi Community,

I am currently working as a Salesforce QA and Business Analyst and also facilitating Scrum ceremonies, with around 4 years of overall experience. I am now planning to upskill myself to achieve better career growth and long-term stability.

I am exploring two possible directions. On the non-technical side, I am interested in moving into a Functional Consultant role; however, I feel my introverted nature and communication gaps may be a challenge, though I am actively working to improve in this area. On the technical side, I am also considering roles such as DevOps, which may better align with my strengths.

I would really appreciate guidance from experienced professionals on how to evaluate these paths, the skills I should focus on, and how best to prepare for either transition.
