Lack of Support Response for Online Exams

I was taking a Sales Cloud Certification Exam, made it through the exam and reviewing my responses when my test was blocked out with no reason provided and I could not re-enter. Reached out to Kyrterion Support and their response was that they are not sure why this happened, but I will need to reach out to Trailhead Support. I opened a case with Trailhead Support but no response back there either for something that is a timely issue, and there isn't a support number to reach out too. Seems like other people are facing the same issue and waiting for days to hear back. Super disappointed that I paid for an exam that I can't even finish and lack of resources to support this.

Please Reschedule Salesforce Certified Associates Exam, Yesterday i am Facing Technical OEM issue .. I’m trying to give my Exam via Mac system but at the time of Launch OEM technical issue come.

And when I tried to give this exam some other system then its give remark “ your assessment must be launched at your schedule testing time, the schedule testing time has now passed. please contact program manager for rescheduling it.

Note – I already register Salesforce Associate Certification exam on last month at 28th Apr 2023. My webassessor assessments exam date was 8th May 2023... 

I would need some response from Trailhead on time. I have logged a case ##00945710. Today when I was trying to attempt my Associate exam, I was stopped in the middle by support saying that you are not audible, and that I have to contact Salesforce support for the same and exit this exam. Not sure what went wrong. My exam still shows up under the In-Progress bar but its launch bar has been suspended. I am using the free exam voucher . and now it shows that it expired. but I am scheduled exam on 24th april . So the voucher is still useful for me . Please reschedule my exam as soon as possible.

I believe in order to finish it off earlier, I would need some response from Trailhead on time. I have logged a case #00943195. Hi All, 

I faced the same issue while giving the Salesforce associate exam, which got stopped in the middle with a message asking me to exit and re-launch my exam after rebooting my device. I did the reboot and opened and tried to re-launch my exam but unfortunately, it didn't launch. I got a message there to contact Kryterion help support for live chat assistance. I immediately contacted Kryterion online help support but sadly they couldn't help me and asked me to raise this ticket case. Please Help and allow me to attempt the exam ASAP!

My Trailhead Case number is 00943172 logged on Saturday 6th May

Exam registration date: 24th April 2023, Exam Schedule date: 5 am IST 6th May 2023.

Hi , I have scheduled the Salesforce Certified Associate exam (May 1st )using the voucher, after launching the exam I faced some technical issues and contacted the Kryterion Online Proctoring Support team for help and I have followed the steps given by them, after resolving the issues. When I logged back into the webassessor the launch button was disabled and the Kryterion team said they can't enable the launch button and asked me to raise a case.

Now,My Kyterion account is not showing my registration for the Salesforce Associate Exam. I would like to resolve this issue. My voucher has expired. I need help getting it back .

Today when I was trying to attempt my second retake Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer exam. I was stopped in the middle by support saying that my video is not visible, and that I have to exit this exam and reboot my computer.

When I tride to launch the exam again the lauch buttom wasn't appearing, so I contacted Kryterion Support. they told that the exam couldn't be resumed because the Voucher code used for exam was expired, even though i was able to schedule the exam for today(May 11th) even if the expiration date for the voucher was April 30th.

My Salesforce Certified Associate Exam was Suspended, as I had received Transcript Error while submission,  and I can't Reschedule the same

 I attempted the Salesforce Associate exam on 5th of may and in between when proctored asked me to show my test desk my system got stuck and i had to do a system reboot. Since then i could not relaunch my exam anymore and now i am not even able to retake or reschedule the exam . I have raised cases as well but no one has resolved yet.
