Associate Certification Exam - Assessment Status Cancelled

Hi all,

I registered last week to pass my first Salesforce Certification The Associate one.

Worried about not receiving the confirmation email (the exam is supposed to be tomorrow), I checked on Webassessor and noticed that the status of the assessment is cancelled and that I have no exam scheduled. 

As it's the first time I register for a certification I want to make sure that it means the registration did not work. My work paid for this with an amex, could it be that the payment didn't go through ?

I opened a ticket but as I want to pass it tomorrow, I would like to know for sure before paying a second time.
