Hi All,
I faced the same issue while giving the Salesforce associate exam, which got stopped in the middle with a message asking me to exit and re-launch my exam after rebooting my device. I did the reboot and opened and tried to re-launch my exam but unfortunately, it didn't launch. I got a message there to contact Kryterion help support for live chat assistance. I immediately contacted Kryterion online help support but sadly they couldn't help me and asked me to raise this ticket case. Please Help and allow me to attempt the exam ASAP!
My Trailhead Case number is 00943172 logged on Saturday 6th May
Exam registration date: 24th April 2023, Exam Schedule date: 5 am IST 6th May 2023.

Hi @Nikitha Gottumukkala my Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist exam got suspended within 10 min. I have had it restart 3-4 times on the same day, but technical issue persisted (video stream not working). My exam is now cancelled/suspended.
I have also raised the ticket to get it resolved.

Can I please get a resolution on this ASAP?
