Email-Sending Domain Verification* is here ⏰

Enforcement begun in Sandboxes April 14th and is coming to Production Orgs on May 4th

How Salesforce Admins Can Override Default System Email Addresses is now live on Salesforce Ben, giving you a clear path to move from user-based email addresses to system email addresses (where possible).

⚠️ Reminder: you’ll still need to configure either a DKIM key or an Authorized Email Domain to ensure successful delivery.

For clarification: If we have already done this, there is nothing more to do - is that correct? I want to make sure I am not missing something.

Hey #AwesomeAdmins

I am trying to use SF Inspector Reloaded on the Product2 standard object to analyze custom field usage. We have a custom checkbox field that is showing Usage % = 100. However, out of almost 13k records only two records have a value of TRUE in the custom checkbox field.  It seems SF Inspector Reloaded identifies the FALSE as a value as well. This makes it difficult to rely on SF Inspector Reloaded for true field usage.

Since Field trip isn't approved by AppExchange, can you think of any other reliable tools to analyze field usage?

In your experience are there any other similar things to watch out for when analyzing the Usage % in SF Inspector Reloaded?

I too 100% agree on this. Not thought out at all by Salesforce.

Hey #AwesomeAdmins

!

We've been hard at work improving

Setup with #Agentforce

, and we're excited to share what's new in our Beta!

🟢 Setup pages now open in their own dedicated tab instead of setup home

🟢 Login Errors and Apex Health are now surfaced right from Setup Home, giving you more proactive insights

🟢 Our navigation action has grown from the "top 40" to over 1,200 Setup pages

🟢 Localization — Setup with Agentforce now supports 12 languages

Improvements Based on Your Feedback

🟣 Ask "What can you do?" to discover agent capabilities right away

🟣 Expanded List/Records Support — We've further expanded which entities are supported with our dynamic list and record form component, so you can see lists of records or a specific setup record right in the experience (details of which entities are supported are in our H&T linked below)

🟣 Flexible entity references — For supported entities, you can now use either the label or API name when referencing them

🟣 Improved clone user experience

🟣 Setup Audit Trail added to troubleshooting capabilities

We want to hear from you!

If you'd like to chat 1:1 with our team, sign up for a feedback interview — we'd love to connect! Sign up here

Suppose I have an approval process on opportunity, whenever I created an opportunity it should be approved by manager. And if that manager doesn't approve or rejecte after 5 hours of my submission, it should be escalated to another user automaticallu. How can I achieve this step. Can anyone please help me , thankyou.  #Approval Process #Escalation Rule #Trailhead #Trailhead Challenges #TrailblazerCommunity #AwesomeAdmins #Sales Cloud #Sales Cloud

If you came here looking for "Reassign Approver + Approval Flow Orchestration + Time Based" let me tell you that as todays date (Mar 2nd - 2026), there's not a nice solution. However, this could help:

    HttpRequest request = new HttpRequest();request.setEndpoint(URL.getOrgDomainUrl().toExternalForm() + '/services/data/v66.0/actions/standard/reassignApprovalWorkItem');request.setMethod('POST');request.setHeader('Authorization', 'Bearer ' + UserInfo.getSessionId());request.setHeader('Content-Type', 'application/json');Map<String, Object> input = new Map<String, Object>();input.put('approvalWorkItemId', '');input.put('assigneeId', '');input.put('comments', '');List<Object> inputList = new List<Object>{ input };Map<String, Object> payloadMap = new Map<String, Object>();payloadMap.put('inputs', inputList);String payload = JSON.serialize(payloadMap);request.setBody(payload);Http http = new Http();try {    HttpResponse res = http.send(request);    System.debug('Status Code: ' + res.getStatusCode());    System.debug('Response: ' + res.getBody());} catch (Exception e) {    System.debug('Error calling Orchestration API: ' + e.getMessage());}

Yes, scheduled apex job is the answer
