Step not yet complete in Einstein AI We can’t find the New Guest Newsletter prompt template activated.

it's the second time I've retaken this and it keeps saying this "we can't find the Newsletter prompt"...is it some backend issue? how can i fix this?...I've tried the other methods and still nothing...I've also waited for playground to expire. still the same issue..

    Same issue here on 10/24/2026. Module: Quick Start: Create a Prompt Builder Flex Template, challenge "Add a Flow to Your Prompt Template".

     

    The checker returns: "We couldn't find the prompt template New Guest Newsletter that is activated."

     

    What I've verified in my Playground:

    • The Flex template "New Guest Newsletter" (API name New_Guest_Newsletter) is Active, and it's the only template with that name.
    • The Template-Triggered Prompt Flow "Get Experience Newsletter Data" is Activated and inserted in the prompt.
    • Preview works and generates the newsletter correctly.
    • The Playground username matches the one under Connected Orgs.
    • I tried different template versions, deactivating and reactivating, and incognito mode, with the same result.

    This looks like the checker issue Salesforce staff acknowledged earlier in this thread. Is there any update or workaround? My Playground expires today at 9:00 PM (GMT-3), so a manual credit or a new Playground would also help.

"DevOps Center Setup"---- Quest Devops Center Package Not Install

"DevOps Center Setup" this quest in my org I am not able find my DevOps Center Admin in permission sets, how to get this option. After enabling Dev hub and Life Center packages it still not work for me. Anyone please help in this matter because I think my Org not performing correctly.

Get Started with Validation Rules

I am stuck on the challenge and keep getting this error message: Error: Field EngineeringReqNumber__c does not exist. Check spelling. 

 

I have tried to update the field name and keep getting the same error message

    Hi , 

     

    You need to check if somehow you missed field level security Click on the field and check field level security. 

     

    1. From Setup, open Object Manager, and then in the Quick Find box, enter the name of the object containing the field.
    2. Select the object, and then click Fields & Relationships.
    3. Select the field you want to modify.
    4. Click Set Field-Level Security.
    5. Specify the field's access level.
    6. Save your changes.

We can’t find a record-triggered flow named 'Update Cases When Contact Becomes Inactive'. Make sure you saved the flow with 'Update_Cases_When_Contact_Becomes_Inactive' as the API name.

give me the solution of this error how can i fix this error while all the steps are done already .

    Hey @Bhavana Dubey, main thing is as the error says make sure the flow has the correct label and api name as specified in the challenge and you are checking the challenge in the correct org 

    Make sure there are no other flow versions apart from the one which you are testing for.

    If you have created multiple versions of your flow, keep the latest one which you are trying to verify in the challenge and delete all the older versions.

Stuck verifier: “We can’t find the New Guest Newsletter prompt template activated” in locked Einstein AI playground (Org 00DWU00000tgrg9)

Hi Trailblazers—looking for help/escalation on a stuck hands-on verification.

Unit: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-create-prompt-builder-flex-template/add-a-flow-to-your-prompt-template?trail_id=become-an-agentblazer-innovator-2026 Org ID: 00DWU00000tgrg9 (launched via the unit’s Launch button; org picker is locked) Error: “We can’t find the New Guest Newsletter prompt template activated.”

What exists in the org:

  • Template Label: New Guest Newsletter (also tried v2)
  • API Name: New_Guest_Newsletter (also _v2)
  • Type: Flex | Status: Activated (toggled multiple times)
  • Inputs:
    1. Reservation | API: Reservation | Type: Object | Object: External Reservation
    2. Experiences | API: Experiences | Type: Free Text
  • Prompt uses only: {{Input.Reservation.External_Guest__r.First_Name__c}} {{Input.Reservation.Check_in_Date__c}} {{Input.Reservation.Check_out_Date__c}} {{Input.Reservation.Room_Type__c}} {{Input.Experiences}}

Tried: delete/empty Recycle Bin, rebuild from scratch, incognito relaunch, full Trailhead/org sign-out/in, session rebinding, alternate label/API name, reactivation toggles. Launch is bound to this org.

Request: Please reset/rebind the verifier for this playground or confirm the exact object/API names the checker expects so I can complete the step.

The Case validation rule named ‘CASE001_Engineering_Req_Numeric’ is not set to display on the Engineering Req Number field.

I followed the instructions and run the case, it showing this error.

Step not yet complete in Einstein AI. We can’t find a Field Generation Prompt Template named Quick Summary.

For the Get Started with Prompt Builder, I created the Field Generation Prompt Template 'Quick Summary' for the first time in my playground and misspelled it as 'Quick summary' (with a small 's'). API name also took small 's' in summary automatically. I have completed the exercise successfully but when Salesforce tries to verify and give me points, it fails to find the  Field Generation Prompt Template named Quick Summary. I am unable to mark this complete and move on to the Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit. I tried to create a new version of the prompt template but it gives the same error again. How do I resolve this?

    Salesforce Support has confirmed that this is a known issue. 

     

    Workaround to complete the challenge

    : Creating a new Org again from scratch and repeating the steps fixed the issue.  

     

    To create a new Org using the button "

    Create Playground" on the unit, you should create a normal Playground from Profile > Hands-On Orgs

    section. 

    This will allow you to

    Disconnect existing Einstein AI Playground

    from your Trailhead profile. 

    Once the exisiting Playground is disconnected, you will see "

    Create Playground

    " button on the unit once again, you can use the same to initiate the creation of new Einstein AI Playground and repeat the steps. 

    This has worked for me & I was able to complete the badge.

Trail - Explore Agentforce Coworker

You can only assign users to permission set groups that have the "Updated" status. 

 

PSG is in Outdated status, hence cannot pass the trail, whats the cause ?

    @Santosh Narayan , i had changed description ealier and saved PSG, and after some time status got changed to updated, there was a letency.

We can’t find the 'Missing Data' field on the Contact object. Make sure you saved the field with 'Missing_Data' as the API name.

help me to solve this error while i completed all the steps correctly .
