I had the same issue and was able to bypass by doing the following:

I used the suggestion on the Trailhead Challenge Help under "Define Sharing Rules" and applied it to the "Program" object>Field "Type" > "View Field Accessibility" and had to manually set each to visible instead of hidden. .

"When you're creating the picklist, you'll be asked to set field level security and add the field to page layouts. We won't test on this, but go ahead and make the field Visible to all profiles and add it to all the page layouts for the Project object."

If you mean your Trailhead Playground password, you don't need to know the password you originally created. You can reset it from the Playground:

1. Go to Trailhead → your profile → Hands-on Orgs.
2. Find your Playground and click Open.
3. In the Playground, go to Setup → Users → Users.
4. Find your user and click Reset Password.

Salesforce will send a password reset email to the email address associated with your Playground user.

If you're referring to your Trailhead account password instead, use the Forgot Password option on the Salesforce login page.

This error usually means the Suggestion (Sugestão) custom object was created, but one or more required custom fields are missing or have the wrong field type/API name.

I would check the challenge instructions carefully and verify:

• The field Label and API Name match exactly.
• The Data Type is correct (Text, Picklist, Lookup, etc.).
• Required fields have actually been created on the Suggestion object.
• You haven't created a similarly named field on a different object.
• If you recently changed a field, refresh/reload the Trailhead Playground and run the challenge again.

If you share the challenge name or a screenshot of the required fields, I can help identify exactly which field is incorrect.
