 I'm having trouble progressing because I'm not sure what to do. I keep getting this message: 'We can't find the default record page for the Contact object. Be sure to activate and assign a record page as Org Default.' Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Go to object manager select object record page then click on activate & assign as org default

Hi everyone,

I’m stuck on the "Build an Automation for Creating Interviewer Records" project. I am receiving the following error: "We could not find the position of 'Super Support Supervisor'."

I have already verified the following:

  • The Position Record: Created a record with the exact name Super Support Supervisor (no extra spaces) using the Nontechnical Position record type.
  • The Flow: Created and Activated the record-triggered flow Create Interviewer RecordCopy.
  • Flow Logic: * Trigger: Position object, record is created.
    • Condition: Hiring_Manager__c Is Null False.
    • Action: Create Interviewer record where Employee = $Record.Hiring_Manager__c and Position = $Record.Id.
  • The User: Created Kathy Cooper as a Standard Platform User with the alias kcoop.
  • Validation Rules: Deactivated the Every_Position_Must_Have_a_Hiring_Mgr rule as instructed.
  • Troubleshooting: I have deleted old records, emptied the recycle bin, and recreated the position record. On the "Related" tab of the Position, the Interviewer record is successfully being created by the flow.

Even though the record exists and the automation is working in my org, the challenge won't pass. Has anyone encountered this "ghost" error before in the Curious Koala Playground?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello, it's been three days now I have been trying to complete the hands-on challenge for Configure Object, Field, and Record Access. Once I get to the end, where I need to assign the sales user that I created, it's not showing up. Therefore, I am not able to complete the challenge. Can any help or is anyone else running into this issue?

I am stuck on the Challenge 3 of the Superbadge Agentforce Service. I have updated the prompt accordingly, I have checked search indexes, I have created the action and added it to General FAQ subagent and I'm getting this error every time I want to check the challenge. I really don't know where to look for the duplicate...

    If you have multiple actions labeled "Film Festival Related Responses," try renaming the incorrect label. 

     

    I met the same issue. 

    And I solved it by changing the label of the agent action which seems like the only one named 'Film Festival Related Answers'. 

    Just deleted the last letter 's', and refreshed the page. 

    Then passed the step3.

. I tried to logout and login back again. Logeed out of trailhead, logged back in but see the same error. I am tired. Can someone please help.

    @Sagar Lalwani - I believe the instruction says to make them 'visible but not editable' to all users, which would be the 'Public Read Only' option in the drop-down.

Hello everyone,

I am currently supporting an integration between Salesforce and a SIEM platform (IBM QRadar). The goal is to monitor audit-related events such as:

  • User login activity
  • API usage
  • General user activity
  • Security-related events

We have reviewed some IBM-documented approaches, including:

  • Salesforce Security Monitoring Server
  • CSV export of audit logs

However, these options do not seem optimal, especially due to the lack of real-time monitoring capabilities.

From the Salesforce side, my role is mainly to enable access (APIs, configurations, etc.), while the security team is responsible for the SIEM integration.

I would like to ask the community:

  1. What is the simplest and most recommended way to expose audit events from Salesforce to a SIEM?
  2. Is using the EventLogFile object via REST API sufficient, or would you recommend using Streaming API / Pub-Sub API?
  3. Is it mandatory to have Event Monitoring (Shield) licenses for a basic monitoring use case?
  4. Have you implemented similar integrations with QRadar or other SIEM tools? What approach worked best for you?

The goal is to find the simplest possible solution from the Salesforce side, avoiding overly complex architectures unless strictly necessary.

I appreciate any guidance or recommendations.

Trying to complete the training and get the following error.  We can’t find pricing data for products in the catalog. Make sure you sync up the pricing data.  

I made sure syncing is on and up to date.  Not sure how to get past this section  

getting error message when doing training.

Hi! I am doing the

Define Multiple Paths in a Flow in Flow Builder Logic & I do not have the Create Records element. I only have Update & Get Records. Is there a way I can create that element? Am I doing something wrong?
