We wanted to share with the SenderRating community that the team has decided to stop new versioning of the solution. We understand the issues it causes our users when a new version releases that requires a re-implementation and we're confident that V4 brought enough feature set additions to keep the dashboard relevant for quite some time. 

This doesn't mean that the innovation will stop. We've been talking through the best way to bring community collaboration into the discussion and we like the concept of an Idea Exchange format where users can share their customizations, tips and tricks to optimize the SenderRating dashboard to meet their needs.  

Since we're sharing... we'll go first!

Hi All,

I’d like to start an IdeaExchange model for our customers, starting with the prioritization component (we have already done surveys and have the ideas).

I haven’t built a component like this myself before - anyone have advice on architecture to get started? This page looks like a lightning page using the accordion component… wondering if I should try to build the prioritization as an App in App Builder and give users permission… or something else?

@Scott Allan or @Carly Berman  when the Salesforce teams are reviewing ideas submitted by customers, how are they reviewing them?

• Do they have to switch over to classic in the org to review?
• It looks like ideas are not available in the LEX UI, so could this be a reason we do not hear many responses/updates regarding ideas?
• Do Salesforce employees stay in the LEX UI most of the time?

Hi all! I wanted to get ideas on what others have done when it comes to Lightning knowledge and versions. Currently Flag as new version is auto set to "true" where we want it to be set initially as "false." 

What have others done to solve for this? 

I am trying to get more votes on this idea. We should be able to send operational emails through Engagement Studios just like we can send Operational List Emails. I hope you will vote, thanks!

Please help me vote up this idea to improve the "Log in to Community as User" tool by opening in a new tab

You're all Communities users - you know the pain of going to a Contact record, clicking "Log in to Community as User", only to realize you've now lost your only Salesforce internal instance window as it's now opened into the Community.  Here's an idea to change the "Log in to Community as User" button on Contact make it open in a new tab, much like the Setup button does.
