Great overview—this is absolutely the right direction. A strong Customer Data Platform strategy really comes down to data quality, identity resolution, and governance upfront. Without clean and unified data, downstream use cases like segmentation, personalization, and Agentforce/AI won’t deliver expected value.

Also important to align early on data model standardization and consent management, especially when scaling across multiple sources or instances.

 🤔 Thursday Thought Starter:

When building your identity resolution strategy in Data 360, how do you balance match rate accuracy vs. false positives and what rules or reconciliation strategies have proven most effective across your unified profiles?

I'm a fan of using confidence/trust tiers when creating rules. Then, based on the tier, determine what action to take (or not). Some records will need to be flagged for manual review.

Too fast info. It would be a benefit to create a series by themes or subjects so the confession could accomodate questions and look to specific scenarios.

    Thanks for sharing!
