Combined with 4years of hands-on Salesforce experience, this background allows me to effectively bridge business requirements with scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud, Agentforce

• Strong technical expertise, including certifications in Data Architecture and Sharing & Visibility, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, security model, Flow automation, reporting, and user support across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• A business-focused approach that emphasizes process improvement, user adoption, and measurable business impact
• Knowledge of emerging Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce and Data Cloud, to support AI-driven and data-centric initiatives
• Just finished 3 years as Solo Salesforce Administrator / BA at GMG where i managed 140 + user environment org , 68+ approval processes and AI automation.
