#Trailhead Superbadges57 discussing

General discussion of superbadges and Customer 360 product functionality is encouraged. Do not provide or request step-by-step guidance and/or specific solutions for superbadges. For more information, review the Salesforce Program Agreement.

Per the insrtuctions below... should we be creating Custom fields for  content fields Answer and Question?

To integrate Knowledge articles into Agentforce Builder and ensure the agent is grounded in relevant information, start by managing data sources to provide access to these articles. Create a data library named Coral Cloud Experience Agent LibraryCopy, including the identifying fields Title and Summary and the content fields Answer and Question. While we won’t evaluate this configuration as part of the challenge, it's essential for grounding the agent in accurate knowledge from relevant articles.

If you navigate to Service Setup --> Service Setup Home --> Knowledge Setup (visible under Recommended Setup section. Click View All if you don't see it.) and setup Salesforce Knowledge, you should see a Knowledge object under Object Manager with Question__c and Answer__c

    fields.

If Salesforce Knowledge is already setup, the object and its fields should be there already.

Hello,

I have been trying to create a Developer Org for the Screen Flow Distribution Superbadge, but I haven't received a verification email. I've tried creating the org using three different browsers, but that hasn't resolved the issue.

After a few minutes of waiting for the org to be created, I receive an error message at the bottom of the webpage.

Can't create an org for Screen Flow Distribution Superbadge

Error message:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'kc') throws at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/earn-the-screen-flow-specialist-superbadge:75:17660

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

Hello! I am stuck on the very past step of the "Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge". The challenge says it is not complete because "An email message to Robinette Bullman wasn't sent using the 'Program Recommendation Email' prompt template. Review the 'Send AI-Powered Sales Emails' scenario and related Help article section."

However, when I try to send the email to Robinette I get the error "We can’t send your email because your email address domain isn’t verified. Ask your Salesforce admin for help".

I am not sure how to send an email to satisfy the criteria when no email domains are verified in the dev org? Has anyone gotten around this issue?

@Erin Duncan Salesforce now blocks outbound email from unverified sender domains. That is why the email send fails even though the prompt template may be configured correctly. Check: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=005316090&type=1

In the superbadge org, try enabling the substitute sender option for users whose domains can’t be verified Setup -> Email -> Send Email for Users with Unverified Domains

    Check: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.security_user_email_verification_substitute_domain.htm&type=5

After that, go back to Robinette Bullman’s Contact record and send the email again using Draft with Einstein -> Program Recommendation Email

. The superbadge page confirms the email must actually be sent using that prompt template:

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/superbadges/superbadge_prompt_builder_templates_sbu

Also check Setup -> Deliverability and make sure access is set to All Email.

If the substitute sender option is not available in the special DE org, open a Trailhead Help case. The challenge requires an actual email send, so this cannot be bypassed just by previewing the prompt.

Hello,

Has anyone encoutered this error

"We can't find correct recipients for the email alert with the unique name Enhancement_Request_Approved_Alert"

in the Approval Process Management Superbadge (

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/superbadges/superbadge_ap_management_sbu

).

The instructions say "If approved, send an email notification to the Salesforce Admins team (anyone with the SF Admin role) and the Enhancement Request Owner. Name your alert Enhancement Request Approved Alert (with API name Enhancement_Request_Approved_Alert) and use the existing Lightning email template called

Enhancement Request Approved

."

Here is my email alert in the approval actions step 2:

And here are the recipients. My user has a role of SF Admin, which the instruction says will work.

I'm stumped and can't figure out what I'm missing or what is going wrong.

Hello @jaya chhabra, please look for business analyst related trailhead modules like this one :

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/process-mapping-for-business-analysts

From the "Get Started as a SF Business Analyst" trailmix :

Hi,    I'm working on the Get Started with Agentforce DX; Run a Script to Create an Deploy Required Org Artifacts section on the trailhead. However in the Terminal section of VS Code I enter the command " ./setup" and an error pops up "No file or directory". This command is suppose to display steps it's running & green check marks to show what's complete. There is a unique username that the script creates but I seem to remain stuck on the error above.    This is a very important step to complete before I can finish the next unit "Author Your Agent Using Agent Script; Preview the Agent Using Live Model".    If anyone has any successful tips, I'd welcome a reply.    Thanks,  LV

I have problem going further than Advanced Flow for Agentforce's second challenge

Configure Customer Verification for AI Interactions

. I get the following error message:

We can’t find an update element in the code verification flow called Update Contact's Last Customer Verification, or it doesn’t have the specified description or variable values.

I have followed the instructions.

I have an Update Record element with the label

Update Contact's Last Customer Verification

with the exact same API name and description. The settings are as followed:

Problem with Superbadge: Advanced Flow for Agentforce (Challenge 2)

The placement of the element seems to be correct as well:

I have also edited the advanced settings of the flow so that it is no longer an override of the original flow

Verify Code

Has anyone else faced this issue?

For someone else in the future..

If you've got multi and output both checked and cannot progress check the resource name. It's customer

    sOrders and not customerOrders

I am receiving an error "Make sure the caseDescription resource stores rich text that can be used and changed throughout the Refund Request flow." though I configured it correctly

    Hi @SOMENATH DHAR

The issue is that using only a Text Template does not fully meet the requirement. While Text Templates support rich text, they are not considered reusable or updatable resources throughout the flow.

Trailhead expects a Text Variable named 'caseDescription' with "Allow Rich Text Formatting" enabled, so that the value can be stored and reused across multiple elements in the flow.

    To fix this:

    1. Create a Text Variable 'caseDescription' with Rich Text enabled.

     2. Use an Assignment element to set its value from your Text Template.

     3. Use this variable wherever needed (e.g., Case creation).

This ensures the resource stores rich text and can be used throughout the flow, satisfying the validation.

    Hope this helps!
