Cannot create new library in the org that i have enabled

I have data architect permission set and system admin profile but i cannot see the option to create new libraries in the data cloud.  

I am following this training and i cannot move forward:

Build Your First Sales Coach challenge fails to detect Opportunity Coaching subagent

I am working on the Trailhead project:

 

Build Your First Sales Coach

Configure and Activate Your Sales Coaching Agent

 

The challenge validation fails with the following error:

 

[Sales Coach Agent] does not contain

[Agentforce Sales Coach: Opportunity Coaching].

 

Current configuration:

 

- Sales Coach Agent is Active

- Developer Name: Sales_Coach_Agent

- Locale: English (United States)

- Language: English

- Topic Selector subagent exists

- OpportunityCoaching subagent exists

- NegotiationRolePlay subagent exists

- ProposalRolePlay subagent exists

 

OpportunityCoaching contains all four standard feedback actions:

 

- Give Feedback on Qualification Stage

- Give Feedback on Needs Analysis Stage

- Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage

- Give Feedback on Proposal Stage

 

The current Agentforce Builder uses Subagents instead of Topics.

 

The validator still reports:

 

"[Sales Coach Agent] does not contain [Agentforce Sales Coach: Opportunity Coaching] topic."

 

Has anyone encountered this recently? Is this a known validator issue or is there an additional configuration required in the current Agentforce Builder UI?

    Yes, several people have run into this with the updated Agentforce Builder UI. The Trailhead validator still expects the legacy "Agentforce Sales Coach: Opportunity Coaching" topic, while the current UI exposes it as a Subagent. As long as the OpportunityCoaching subagent is present, active, and contains the required standard actions, your configuration is likely correct. 

    If everything matches the project instructions, try: 

    •  Saving and reactivating the Sales Coach Agent. 
    •  Logging out and back in, then running the validation again. 
    •  Waiting a few minutes for metadata to propagate before retrying. 

     

    If it still fails, it's most likely a validator issue, and the best option is to report it through the Trailhead Help site with screenshots of your agent configuration.

#agentforceforadmins #Agentblazer I have completed setup agentforce for admins  I especially enjoyed exploring user access management, including login access, record permissions, object permissions, queues, public groups, and permission sets. This innovation can save significant time, reduce manual effort, and boost productivity. Looking forward to learning more about Object Relationships and Prompt Builder in upcoming quests!

I have completed all the steps of this trail :

Configure a Slack Agent in Salesforce

However Challenge verification is still failing with an error. All the previous pre requisites trails are also cocmplete. Even the trail after this one, in the same trail mix for Agentforce legend is also complete.   

I have completed all the steps of this trail : Configure a Slack Agent in Salesforce However Challenge verification is still failing with an error.

    Created a salesforce support case, which resulted in backend fix by support team. I was then able to complete my badge /challenge

Me complace compartir que he concluido con éxito la ruta de aprendizaje. Un gran reto y una experiencia inolvidable. "Convertirse en Agentblazer Champion 2026". Esta experiencia me ha permitido profundizar en la arquitectura y despliegue de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial autónoma dentro del ecosistema de Salesforce.

 

Comparto un breve balance de este proceso:

 

El mayor desafío técnico:

 El reto principal radicó en la orquestación simultánea entre el Generador de Agentforce y Flow Builder. Configurar con precisión un subagente y sus respectivas acciones, para posteriormente integrarlo con un flujo de Omni-Channel (Route to ESA) enfocado en un sitio de Experience Cloud, demandó un alto nivel de atención al detalle (particularmente en el control de versiones de los flujos y la correcta disposición del componente para la publicación del sitio. Así como el idioma en el cual se configura). 

 

Aprendizaje clave:

 La comprensión integral de la infraestructura que soporta a un agente de IA en Salesforce: desde la ingesta de datos y el motor de razonamiento, hasta la ejecución de acciones, la interacción de subagentes y la habilitación de canales. Ha sido sumamente valioso pasar de una visión abstracta a dominar el flujo técnico completo, entendiendo con exactitud qué ocurre desde la interacción inicial del usuario hasta la ejecución de una acción lógica y segura dentro del CRM. 

 

Proyección profesional:

 Mi objetivo es aplicar este conocimiento en la implementación de soluciones avanzadas de IA conversacional en entornos corporativos reales. Busco optimizar la eficiencia operativa de los equipos de Service y Sales Cloud, elevando la experiencia del cliente final bajo un marco estricto de gobernanza y seguridad de datos. 

 

Agradezco enormemente el soporte de toda la comunidad durante este trayecto. ¡Mucho éxito a quienes se encuentran actualmente cursando la ruta!

     The most reliable way to get an Agentforce Specialist certification voucher is through Salesforce events, Trailblazer Community groups, webinars, or official partner programs. Sometimes Salesforce also shares limited-time certification discounts or vouchers during campaigns, so it's worth keeping an eye on those. If anyone here has a spare voucher they won't be using, it could make a big difference for someone working toward the Trail Agentblazer Legend 2026 journey.

Now that Setup with Agentforce is officially Generally Available (GA), I wanted to share my experience after completing the official quest. Honestly? It's a game-changer for #Salesforce Admin

 

Seeing it in action really highlighted how much more productive and efficient we can be in our day-to-day roles. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot! A huge shoutout to Anusha Venkatesan, Larry Tung and Mahesh Shivalingappa —the video featured in the quest gives a fantastic overview of how this technology is transforming the future of Salesforce administration. 

 

The future for Admins with Agentforce looks incredibly Agentic! 👏
