I'm seeking guidance on the future-state ownership model for data privacy requests within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We currently have a process where our data engineering team partners with our email team to fulfill data privacy opt-opt and record‑deletion requests in our current standalone email service provider. In the near future, we'll be migrated to Agentforce and the org will be using Agentforce Marketing, Data 360 and CRM products.
Should there be a single, accountable owner for intake, orchestration, and audit of data subject opt-out and deletion requests across these platforms, or should this still be handled by product?

Hi @Jennifer Sprinkle , based on my experience what I would suggest is go with one accountable owner
for all data privacy requests. They handle intake, orchestration, and audits across Agentforce, Data 360, and CRM. Product teams execute the work, but the single owner keeps it consistent, tracked, and compliant.
Hope that helps
Thank You
