Hi all, this seems to come up time and again and I thought it worth crowdsourcing a response. Salesforce has lots of great resources around the topic of #Governance. But none I've found are specific to small org (let's call that <100 users with 1-2 Admin types) governance--or even #Nonprofit governance.
So I'm reaching out for two things (emphasis on communication and org and stakeholder management):
- If you are among the nonprofits who've figured it out, or at least is making a solid go at a structured governance plan, will you share what that looks like?
- Resources. Have you found any great resources out there that are specifically tailored to small/nonprofit Salesforce org governance?
Note that I've already seen the nice little unit in Trailhead and the white paper and the Establishing Good Governance article. Seeking what you already know works for small, or what sounds promising.
Communication and stakeholder management are the kinds of topics we're covering in our new SF Change Management Community Group. We'd love you to join us.
