Governance Community of Practice

Goal is to keep the number of users that have PROD full admin access low, but sometimes we need to provide temporary access to additional folks for releases or firefight when there are critical needs. Looking to understand how other companies are managing this. Are you leveraging a workflow in Salesforce for this action when access is needed? Are you leveraging a 3rd party tool (i.e. Beyond Trust)? Etc. 

Our Excursions Are Expanding to a Larger Audience! 🚀 Our Governance Excursion is going BIG! ❓ What is changing with our Excursion group?

• We are becoming a “Community of Practice”, instead of an Excursion!
• We are dropping the 8D: EDU from our group name, so it is applicable to all customers across the Salesforce ecosystem (Governance Community of Practice).
• Members may join from all industries, providing a broader perspective in our collaboration.
