Goal is to keep the number of users that have PROD full admin access low, but sometimes we need to provide temporary access to additional folks for releases or firefight when there are critical needs. Looking to understand how other companies are managing this. Are you leveraging a workflow in Salesforce for this action when access is needed? Are you leveraging a 3rd party tool (i.e. Beyond Trust)? Etc.
