    Hi ,

    Ensure that you're working in the Lightning App Builder and editing the correct page layout for the Account object.

    Upgrade to Dynamic Forms

    When you click on the Record Detail component and select Upgrade Now, make sure the page is upgraded to use dynamic forms. Without this step, you won't see the option to customize field sections.

    Add the Field Section

    Drag the Field Section component from the palette to the desired spot in the Details tab. After adding it:

    • Click on the new section.
    • In the properties pane, type "Sales Region" in the Label field. You don’t need to "find" it in a list—it’s just a text input.

    Save and Activate

    After customizing, click Save, and if required, activate the page for the right app or profile.

Good afternoon everyone, hope you're doing well.

I'm currently having trouble running Push and InApp tests in Marketing Cloud Next. Salesforce informed us that the contact needs to be mapped to the Contact Point App DMO.

We did the DMO mapping correctly, but even so, the users still aren't populating in our DMO, and we haven't received any of the test messages. Do you know if there is a mandatory field that needs to be filled out? Or if we might have missed a configuration step during the process?

Note: The goal is to successfully perform these send tests (push and in-app) in Marketing Cloud Next. If you have any real-world scenarios, documentation, or use cases to share, it would help us a lot.

Thank you!

Today I have facing an issue, In my project we have some developer sandboxes. After sandbox refresh action completed, Currently we are unable to verify the email for the non admin users (users whom are not mentioned in the public group which can mentioned during sandbox refresh process). Means, Once sandbox refresh done, We unfreeze the active user and update his original email and that user have received the verification email with verification link. But during clicking the verification link, it's required login to confirm the email address.

But you know, That user doesn't able to login into salesforce because the sandbox just refreshed and user doesn't have the access for the org, We actually ask the user to confirm the email for perform the "password reset" action for that user to enable the access for the org.

So how to by pass this "Login required" behaviour and verify the email link as like previous from the email directly?

Even I have disabled the Permission "

Require identity verification for email address changes" from Identity Verification settings as per Salesforce docs.

But still the behaviour is same, So anyone know how to fix/bypass this?

Any help appriciated.

    We have had luck in resolving this a few ways.

    • Selecting the 'Generate new password and notify user immediately' checkbox.
    • Generating a temporary verification code and sending to them.

    Otherwise you may need to reach out to Salesforce support to get help. There was a bug that says it has been fixed. Users are not able to change and verify their emails in all Orgs after Summer 26 release | Issue Details | Salesforce Help

    Either way, it also explains other options that may help unstuck your non admins in a Sandbox.

Hi all,

I'm sorry to report I just failed my first attempt at the Admin certification. I scored well across the board except in two areas: Productivity and Collaboration, and Agentforce, which brought me down. I went in feeling confident, so it was a bit of a surprise.

I'm now looking for additional study material focused on Productivity and Collaboration. A Trailhead search turns up 138 results, which is a lot to sift through on my own. Has anyone taken this exam recently who could point me toward the courses or modules that are most relevant to what's actually tested? Note that I have already taken the Admin beginner and intermediate, as well as the exam prep.

Thanks in advance!

In my org it's showing the outdated and invalid classes, I did compile and did not find the related outdated apex classes. Is there a way we can get a quick list of these outdated classes?

How to identify the invalid and outdate apex classes?

    Hi @Naresh Kumar Ojha

    ,

    You can run the following in the anonymous window to see the see names of the classes that are invalid:

    List<ApexClass> invalidClasses = [

        SELECT Id, Name

        FROM ApexClass

        WHERE IsValid = false

    ];

    for (ApexClass cls : invalidClasses) {

        System.debug('Invalid Class: ' +

    cls.Name

    );

    }

I have an approval process set up with a 2 step approval.

It sends a custom template for the Approval Request Template (shown on Image 1)

My issue is, when the step 2 approver rejects the approval and it goes back to step 1, the step 1 approver receives the custom rejection email (shown in the Rejection steps of step 2) AND the Approval Request Template again.

2 Step Approval process resending the Approval Request Template

Can someone please advise if they have had this issue and how it was resolved?

Thanks very much

Cat

    Hi Cat,

    This behavior happens because of how Salesforce handles rejections that route back to previous steps in multi-step approval processes. When Step 2 rejects and sends the record back to Step 1, Salesforce re-evaluates the step criteria and re-assigns the record to the Step 1 approver, which automatically triggers the main Approval Assignment Email Template defined at the process level, right alongside your custom rejection email.

    Here is how you can clean up that duplicate notification behavior:

    1.Review the Approval Assignment Template Setting:Process-Level Template.

    Check the top-level Approval Assignment Email Template configured on your Process Definition Detail page. This template fires every time a record is assigned or re-assigned to an approval step. You can verify success by noting whether changing or clearing this default template alters what emails are dispatched upon re-assignment.

    2.Adjust Step-Level Rejection Actions:Step Reject Behavior.

    Instead of relying on standard step rollbacks that re-trigger assignment emails, consider configuring specific rejection actions (such as Field Updates or custom Email Alerts) to handle status changes explicitly, or route the rejection to a final rejection handler rather than looping back to Step 1. You can verify success when a rejected record updates the status without dispatching the initial request template a second time.
