Hello Trailblazers!  

 

Now that Setup with Agentforce is officially Generally Available (GA), I wanted to share my experience after completing the official quest. Honestly? It's a game-changer for #Salesforce Admin

 

Seeing it in action really highlighted how much more productive and efficient we can be in our day-to-day roles. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot! A huge shoutout to Anusha Venkatesan, Larry Tung and Mahesh Shivalingappa —the video featured in the quest gives a fantastic overview of how this technology is transforming the future of Salesforce administration. 

 

The future for Admins with Agentforce looks incredibly Agentic! 👏

Has anyone else wrapped up the quest yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences below!

Our sincere apologies for the last minute change, but due to unexpected circumstances, Joy and Squire are unable to attend MVP Office Hours on Feb 20th.  As a result we will have to cancel the meeting. 

We sincerely hope our members continue to utilize the MVPOH Success Group (here) to help each other with current challenges, and we look forward to seeing you all again on March 6th.

Hello Service Cloud Group Leaders,

 

Wondering if this featured group is the right place for questions about the new #Genai features of Service Cloud? My colleagues and our customers would greatly benefit from clarity on the proposed pricing model for Service Repliesand Work Summaries. Having reviewed the latest pricing guidelines, I understand these features require a Service Cloud Einstein Add-On for $50 PUPM*, available with EE & UE, correct? It's not entirely clear to me how that SKU differs from the Einstein GPT for Service Add-On? I also see mention of credits/credit bundles, and I am lost there. Would you shine a light on these credit bundles and how they relate to the use and cost of Service Replies and Work Summaries? #ThankYou

    @Jorgan Strathman TBH we don't typically address SKU questions within these forums and TBH aren't experts within this realm (as an architect I focus on functionality and use cases versus GTM/pre-sales). However you can ALWAYS get this information from your AE (customers) or your Alliance AE (partners). They should also be able to explain the credits/credits bundles.

Are Standard Approval Processes & Components a Known Issue for Org Shape?

Our developers recently discovered inconsistencies in the appearance and behavior of both the 'Items to Approve' and 'Approval Requests' standard Salesforce components between Sandboxes and Scratch Orgs. Of course, we would have expected these standard components to appear and behave the same regardless of org type. I am happy to provide screenshots and specific examples, if helpful, however if the Org Shape Product Team are already aware of this inconsistency, then would you kindly share the known issue URL? Thank you.

    @Emily Kapner wanted to share an update with you and ask if there was any update on your end following your meeting with Rohit?

     

    Working through Support Case #43088730, we were provided a manual workaround for restoring the expected behavior of these standard components (outlined here: Classic - If the only "Items to Approve" list view is set to "Visible only to me", this removes the ability to edit/create list views for other users). 

     

    As the UI workaround described in the above KI cannot be scripted via the MDAPI, we've requested Technical Support to add or update this as a known issue explicitly for Org Shape where a ci/cd friendly solution is yet to be found.
