I am eager to work in a collaborative and positive work environment where I can contribute my skills, continuously learn, and gain practical experience while delivering value to the organization. I am passionate about upskilling, adaptable to new technologies, and committed to building a strong long-term career in the IT and CRM domain.

I would welcome the opportunity to connect with recruiters, mentors, or professionals who can guide me toward suitable entry-level opportunities.

@karthik j In the related list you will be able to find the survey and it will show you the survey and its response

Anyone free app or tool one can recommend to send the survey to the case`s contact when the case is closed? Once the contact person associated with the case filled out the survey, it should come back to SF & associated with the right Case & contact record.

There is no community /experience cloud setup in place.

The contact associated with Case does not have access to SF.

Installed this free app https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000003I2gDEAS & explored the standard SF survey feature. They both work well if there is a guest site configured to capture the response from non-sf users.

Even If I create dummy guest site ( Public) , I am not sure if that will work or not.

I know that each survey invitation has its related surveysubject which can be mapped to Objects like Acc, Lead etc. Currently I'm mapping SurveySubject>ParticipantId to ContactId which will then allow me to add the Survey Invitation & Responses related list on the contact layout.

Now I want to also relate the survey to the Opportunity & I know I can create the Opportunity Lookup on Survey Invitation to establish the link. However, I want to use the Out of the Box option by leveraging surveySubject object. Do I need to create another survey subject record related that survey invitation which already has a surveysubject record related to contact, so that I can add the Survey Invitation & Responses related list on the Opportunity Page layout? & alos would like to run a report to see all Opp related Survey responses. How do I do that? Please help.

Thank you @Keiji Otsubo. I know we can do that for separate objects. But I wanted to link the survey to both Contact & Opportunity at the same time & wanted to see the Survey Invitation & Responses related list on both Contact & opportunity at the same time.

Hello, I have allowed Surveys in the Survey settings, but can't find it in the object Manager or app launcher.

I have also selected Private in the sharing settings for the Survey object.

Any idea why or what i should to to find it, and be able to set up surveys?

Thank you

Hi All,

We have created a salesforce survey and we are using process builder to send the surveys to the customers. and we have sent few test surveys as well. Now we want to archive the survey while doing so we are getting "Error: You can't archive this survey version because it's referenced by one or more Flow Version records in your org." We have removed the survey from process builder as well before we tried to archive this. Is there any specific reason for the error?

1. can we archive an  existing survey for which we have already received responses from the customer.

please help.

Thanks,

Petricia.

The link in question is the Customer Feedback Survey field in the Support Settings section of Setup for the org. The lookup references the Survey Version record, not the Survey record.

If you remove the lookup to the Survey Version record from the Customer Feedback Survey lookup field, you can deactivate the survey version without issue. That is how I got around the error myself.

Hi, I've been looking at Salesforce Surveys, and doing a few Trailhead modules to get to know them. Will they only work with Experience Cloud or could they be used, for example, with NPSP?

If I delete survey responses after I processed the answers, then my org will not have responses in the database, so the 300 limit never get surpassed. Is this viable? Or is it just incrementing a number after every response so the 300 limit will be reached. How the counting works exactly?
