Hello everyone

I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator with 2 other certifications looking for an entry level position to get some hands on experience and put my certifications to use. I have learned a great deal about Agentforce and have experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce. If anyone knows about any positions that would suit me or has some advice to help enter the Salesforce ecosystem I'd greatly appreciate it.

    hi @Nilay Sawalakhe ,

Welcome to the Salesforce ecosystem 🙂

That’s great that you’ve already started your journey and are targeting certification in 2026. You’re starting at the right pace..

if u need any sources ping me , i have all in customized manner ,

Trailhead practice, hands-on work in a playground, and consistency will make a big difference, especially at the beginner admin level. Connecting with others at the same stage is also a really good idea, it helps with motivation and clarity.

Wishing you all the best on your learning journey. You’ll do great 👍

Seeking Entry-Level / Trainee Opportunities | B.Tech CSE Graduate (2025)

I am a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science and Engineering (2025) and I am actively seeking my first professional opportunity in India as a Graduate Fresher or Trainee in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.

I have a strong foundation in Technical Support and Network Troubleshooting, along with a growing interest and hands-on learning in the Salesforce ecosystem. I am a Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and have achieved the Agentforce Agentblazer Legend rank on Salesforce Trailhead. I possess a solid understanding of CRM models, system architecture, workflows, and underlying business logic/algorithms.

I am highly motivated to begin my career in roles such as:

Salesforce Trainee / Junior Salesforce Professional

CRM Support / Associate

Technical Support Engineer (Fresher)

IT Support / Graduate Engineer Trainee

I am eager to work in a collaborative and positive work environment where I can contribute my skills, continuously learn, and gain practical experience while delivering value to the organization. I am passionate about upskilling, adaptable to new technologies, and committed to building a strong long-term career in the IT and CRM domain.

I would welcome the opportunity to connect with recruiters, mentors, or professionals who can guide me toward suitable entry-level opportunities.

Yes @Keiji Otsubo. I do have a record triggered flow on User object, which I would want to trigger it whenever a new user is created. And the flow send welcome email to new user. That's when I am seeing the error.

Since I am new to Salesforce altogther, not sure if record triggered flow is the right option to send a welcome email to new user created.

Would be great if I can get any suggestions on how to do that.

Thanks @Keiji Otsubo... I appreciate all your help and support :-) .

Could successfully send a welcome email upon new user creation and also create a contact record from those user details. Modified the config in Create records element as follows and I could successfully create contact record.

Hello Salesforce Community!

I am excited to say I earned my certification as a Salesforce Administrator.  I must admit it was not an easy exam, others have said it is not an easy exam and they were not kidding.  I spent early mornings, nights and weekends preparing for the exam and after sitting for the exam a second time I was so thrilled to pass the Admin exam.  The community has been very encouraging and helpful and I thank everyone for your helpful posts.

Now once again I am reaching out to the community for help.

What are some next steps I can take to transition my career to a Salesforce Administrator?  I am currently a Business Analyst for a Financial ERP platform but would like to transition to the Salesforce Platform.  How can I go about getting started?  Thank you all for your support and encouragement!

Hi Admins!

We all know how difficult it can be to build up your practical Salesforce experience so I want to reach out to the community as I need someone to help for 3 months on various (some tedious, I won't lie!) Salesforce Admin tasks and I thought why not give an Opportunity to someone who is looking to build up their Salesforce Experience?

We can discuss specifics offline / in private, but key things that I am looking for / you must have are: -

  • The right to work in the UK. Please, if this doesn't apply to you, then it's a non-starter.
  • A desire to learn and put your Salesforce knowledge to practical use.
  • Located in the UK, and a commutable distance to central London, the role itself will be remote however.
  • A certified Salesforce Administrator, additional certifications not essential but beneficial.
  • Ideally a minimum of 3-12 months work experience in a Salesforce Admin role.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deal with professional people at various levels.
  • Self motivated and organised, with a can-do attitude, with the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks at the same time.

Crisis24 are a multi-national company, and you will get the opportunity to work with people from all over the world.

If you feel this could be you, then please message me directly, with a short introduction and why you think you would be a good fit for the role.
