HI #OhanaSalesforce, please wear your BA hats and zero down a scenario for me. If there is a enhancement request coming from directorial level in current sprint and the team is following scrum methodology. How should a BA drive this or approach this situation, should enhancements be accepted in the ongoing sprint, considering enhancements are of the highest priority or director's request can be overlooked stating scrum doesn't allow this ?
#Happy Learning :)
Thank you so much Viktor and Davis, I was on the same lines.
😉 Cool story... at least I think so! Hopefully it gives you a little inspiration.☺️
@Jerry Thomas handed me a Trailblazer hoodie after today's Manila Meetup with APAC DevRel for having attended several Salesforce events in the past weeks. Of course, he wouldn't have known my streak if not for @Joey Chan sharing my story with the APAC Developer Relations Team. I've always wanted a hoodie, but I never thought of getting one because of my dedication to being part of the Salesforce Trailblazers community.
Here’s how it started…
It all started back in 2019. I was two years into Salesforce and wasn’t even certified yet. Back then, I was pretty much an explorer trying to find my way into Salesforce and the Trailblazer community. I got into Trailhead and started learning about community groups and events after a few Trailmixes. I learned about Dreamforce and quickly planned a trip to SF for the 2019 Dreamforce event with generous help from my company. Unfortunately, I was denied US Visa to attend this already-booked Dreamforce ticket to Salesforce San Francisco. Of course, it was frustrating after all the arduous filing of Visa application requirements.
But that didn't stop me from exploring what was then "few in my own knowledge" opportunities to attend Salesforce Trailblazer community events. I didn't know if there were any Salesforce professional group meetups nearby, so I hit Google and started looking around. Not for long, and I found trailblazercommunitygroups.com. I joined all the groups I could find and started monitoring upcoming events.
Since then, I have attended several meetups until, boom!💥 pandemic lockdown!😷 However, as trailblazers, we're all innovative and creative. So virtual meetups and VirtualDreamin' events started happening. And yeah, I joined pretty much every virtual event I could join. From SEA Dreamin to VirtualDreamin and yes, the main Dreamforce event was also run virtually during the pandemic.
To this day, it's always been a great opportunity to participate in these events (especially getting back to in-person) and connect to the trailblazer community group, and it has given me many ways to grow professionally.
Suffice it to say, this hoodie is a simple yet instrumental reminder that being a trailblazer is worth the time and effort.
So don’t stop learning, connecting, and be forever a trailblazer. 😉
Thank you, Salesforce and the trailblazer community! 🥳
It was great meeting the APAC Salesforce Developer Relations team @Naga Kiran Manyala @Vishwa Vikas Dagala @Jerry Thomas @Satya Sekhar Chegondi @Adrian Tiong

Sadly, our parent company has elected to move everyone to Dynamics 365. It's not a terrible platform, but it's no Salesforce. I've been working in the Salesforce environment since 2009, so I've seen the good and bad. I've always enjoyed this community and wanted to say thanks for all the support over the years.
I do plan on keeping up to date on Salesforce with Trailblazer and keep my certifications active, but will miss logging in each day. #OhanaSalesforce
While I still really like the list views in Dynamics, the building of dashboards is the worst. Primarily because you primarily build a dashboard from charts built for list views. But the real challenge is that you have to share all three items separately. Unlike Salesforce where I can save a report to a shared folder, I need to create and share the list view, create and then share the chart, then add that chart to the dashboard and share the dashboard.
I have a feeling we'll move to Power BI for dashboards because this process is just too time consuming.

Hey all, I am community group leader in Macedonia and part of the organisation of a FREE salesforce course called from Zero to Hero in 100 days, teaching students to become Platform Developers. The course is in partnership with the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering - Skopje, Salesforce Community Macedonia and a registered Salesforce Partner codeSTREETS.
We started the sessions this week and I was wondering if there are some enthusiasts that are willing to spare some time for a one virtual google meet session during the 12 week program, to teach them about Flows, Apex, LWC even basic salesforce things. Students will be excited to hear from the professionals and it will be good for them to interact with other people beside the mentors and have additional sessions with experts.
So if anyone is interested please DM me so we can organise something together.
