    I’m joining TDX24 remotely on Salesforce+, and super excited to be part of the energy even from afar.

    💡 This year, I’m especially excited to dive deeper into AI-powered productivity across the Salesforce ecosystem—from Einstein enhancements to automation improvements and anything that helps us build smarter, faster, and with more impact. The innovations around genAI for devs and admins are definitely top of my list!

What an amazing journey it’s been! I’ve gained tons of new knowledge and hands-on experience, and I’m ready to tackle even bigger challenges ahead. 🚀

Hi team,

 

Hope you are doing well!

 

I have a data extension with 5k susbscribers. I need to find how many bounce data in that particular data extension.

If i use data view it will retrieve only 6 months data only.

How to find the bounce data from particular data extension, So please guide me on this.

    Sorry, I am not using it.

    I just want know about the timeframe limit for list subscriber.

    I have used _Subscribers data view like below query.

    query :

    SELECT

            s.SubscriberID,

            s.SubscriberKey,

            s.EmailAddress,

            s.BounceCount,

            de.ContactId,

            s.Status

          

    FROM Dataextensionname de

    left join _Subscribers s on de.ContactId = s.SubscriberKey

     

    Value showing null, it means data not under subscriber. right ?

Why isn't Australia included in Eligibility area for Salesforce Trailhead Quest?

I had done a couple of quests from https://trailhead.salesforce.com/quests

 

And I just found out that Australia isn't eligible for all Trailhead quests.

 

Example - the latest BuiltWithEinstein Quest - Term

 

Could anyone explain, please?

    Deepak you can ask directly to quest and or even open a case here in salesforce, this is a public forum we can give pointers on functionality buut have 0 insight on perks like this especially from initiatives you have signed up to

    Needless to say, the footprint such items have on our biosphere.

I have completed Triple Star Ranger Quest today which is on time line but unable to receive a completion email from the trailhead and wanted to know when we will receive the email for swag

    There is no guarantee of swag. It's a prize draw from all those who completed the quest that month.
