Salesforce certification exam suspended. Hi Everyone, Today I have given my Salesforce service cloud certification exam, After my 3rd question all of the sudden my exam got paused. I have waited for almost 20 mins since then no reply from support. And then support person asked me to show my 360degree entire room. They said ok for it, shown my table as well it has only government ID card. I am using my mobile hotspot for the exam due to powercut issues might occur. I kept my phone around 5 feet away from my sitting chair. Even I haven't completed 10% of my exam at all. Just gave answers for 3 questions and got suspended. They need to check the before starting the exam. I have given 2 other certification exams but I didn't felt this situation. But all of sudden directly saying suspend in not a correct way without any proper reason. Raised a case but no reply from them as well.

Associate Exam End due to some technical issue, But unable to relaunch Exam

Today when I was trying to attempt my Associate exam, I was stopped in the middle by support saying that my video is not visible, and that I have to contact Kryterion Online Proctoring Support team for help. for the same and exit this exam. Not sure what went wrong.

The Kryterion support team suggested to raise a ticket in Salesforce regarding the issue. They also stated that the exam cannot be relaunched due to the voucher gor expired on April 30th But i scheduled exam today. My exam still shows up under the In-Progress bar.

Exam stopped in middle due to technical issue

Today, I took the Salesforce Associate Exam, and in the middle of the test, it paused unexpectedly. The support technician, who informed me that they were unable to receive my video signal on their server, although I could see my video on the Kryterion test page.

 

The technician instructed me to exit the exam and reboot my machine. After restarting, when I logged back into the Webassessor portal, my exam was displayed as "In-progress" with a "Suspended" status, and the launch button was not visible. I reached out to the Kryterion live support agent, shared my internet speed test results and other relevant information, and received the following response from the agent, 

 

Romulo: "I apologize. Unfortunately, your voucher will not allow me to reschedule the exam for an immediate launch due to your voucher expiring on [EXPIRATION DATE]. After this date, the system will not permit rescheduling even for technical issues. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes you. Please contact your test sponsor Salesforce directly for voucher assistance and to determine if they can offer you a new testing opportunity."

 

I found their response unhelpful and frustrating. It seemed as if they were just passing the buck onto me. I was in the middle of the exam, and now I am expected to restart the whole process again. This is highly unacceptable and incredibly exasperating. I hope that this issue can be rectified promptly, as such incompetence is not just inconvenient but also embarrassing.

 

My case number: 00943916, Salesforce Associate Exam, Register date: 26, April, Schedule Date: 07 May 2023 1330H Asia/Karachi

 

Kindly reschedule my exam asap, so I can launch it again.

Trailhead Case 00849929

Hi Team, Due to Id mismatch testing centre not allowed to take the exam, now I have valid ID as per web assessor. Trailhead Case 00849929 raised for the same:

Can you please check and help me on this to take the exam without additional charges.

    Hi @Iyyappan Mani,

     

    You can save the Taxes and if you will schedule a exam of 200$ then we have 140$ off voucher available you can use that and make it just for 60$ and ping me separately to know how to save the tax.

I had an Administrator Certification exam scheduled for last friday, and due to login issues, i could not login. I already opened a case in trailhead support, but my case list is empty. In an response to that case, someone from Support gave a solution that's a voucher to retake the exam. At the time i could take note of that number, and now i cannot see the case, so i can't get that voucher.  I also sent an email trailheadacademy@mail.salesforce.com but didn't get any response. The chat support gets me the error "An unexpected error has occurred." and wont start. Even trying to open a new case, gets stuck in that captcha, and wont change anything if i click it.   Can you help?

Hi,

I am trying to change my password at Kryterion but i do not receive an e-mail to change it. I keep getting only the message below:

If you have provided a valid login, your password link will be emailed to the associated email address.

Still having problems?  Contact your school or test sponsor.

Dear all,, i applied for a online exam, the webassessor tool told me download the sentinall.exe - done. But also it says Create your Biometric Profile. <-- But there is no button.

 

Who can help me to check whats the fail or if my webassesor data is complete or incomplete? for the upcoming exam. Thank you,

    Hi @Silpa Surineedi

    Thank you for your help.

    They did reset the picture so I had to another one but once they have it now I won't need to do it again in the future and therefore the button won't be available to those who had passed the exam at least once.

Hello! I'm trying to register to the Admin certification exam (online proctored) on Kryterion but it looks like there's no slot before April 16th (at 2am..). I thought we could register to the exam almost the same day. Do you think Kryterion is experiencing a bug or is it normal? Thanks!

I want to go for admin exam at test center but webassessor has only online proctoring option available. Contacted support at Kryterion but they directed me to trailhead and when i tried to open case on trailhead, case submit button is greyed out on me. Tried Salesforce support over phone as standard user but it says case only allowed for sev1 issue. Can anyone help me with it ?
