Hi Team,

I am installing EDA package in sandbox with Service cloud. Getting following error:

EDA - Case Behavior Record Types: Could not process MDAPI response: Update of BusinessProcess Case.Behavior Management: Error on line 3, col 24: Picklist value: New not found

Any guidance to solve this error would be helpful. FYI @Harsha Gadag

We are looking to import historical advisor appointment data into our SAL implementation. I know that using the UI to create an Appointment also creates two related Appointment Attendee records and two related Event records. If I am bringing the data in using an ETL tool, is it safe to assume I need to create the four related records as part of the load? Are there any trigger handlers I should turn off while the ETL is running?

Hello everyone,

We are trying to load data to the personEducation object, which has a field lookup to account.

Now, once the accounts (person accounts ) are loaded, trying to load their respective person education records.

Tried using the workbench, Dataloader.Io, we don't see the accountId field to map, Checked for access also, the field has got edit,read and all required access.

Am I missing anything?

I see that can students can upload files for Document Checklist Items that appear in their applicant portal, but I also want some items to contain an existing file that student can download and complete. Is this possible? If yes, how do I implement this?

Hello everyone! I am new to Salesforce and Power of Us so bear with me if this is too easy of a question or if I need to provide more info. I am trying to send out a mass email to students who are currently enrolled into a few specific classes. Our org uses HEDA and I believe the information about what classes the contact is enrolled in is stored in the Course Connections object. Does anyone have tips on how to create a report of Contacts that have certain Course Connections?

We are adding a Business Unit to Marketing Cloud to support communications from our Student Engagement and Communications team - these are emails that go out to the current student population.  We are working through the strategy of how to manage consent - as students we plan to send all emails as transactional/operational to override unsubscribes - as applicants or prospects a number of current students might have unsubscribed from comms which is reflected on Salesforce.   Wondering if anyone has any resources that cover best practices around using MC to communicate to current students?  #Marketing Cloud #Higher Education #Education Data Architecture #Education Cloud
