hi all im facing this issue from last 3 days i raised salesforce case as well bt no help from them this error im getting i connected with salsforce and slak all setting is correct

I've tried many times to create a developper sanbox from this link : Developer Edition org with the product specialist agent
in the challenge : Prepare Your Agentforce and Slack Orgs.
I did not receive any Verify email as it supposed to be. I have no error, no logs. Nothing to analyse.

Do you have any idea of the issue please ? I am not able to complete this challenge. Thanks for your help !

I just figured it out. Einstein Bots are disabled causing this error. Go to setup ->
Einstein Bots -> Turn On.
Should be good to go

However, it says it cannot find the activation. I have refreshed the browser and added check again. still shows same error.

Thanks both for your responses! Just an update: the issue has resolved itself, so I wasn't able to identify a specific fix.
I have completed all the steps of this trail :
Configure a Slack Agent in Salesforce
However Challenge verification is still failing with an error. All the previous pre requisites trails are also cocmplete. Even the trail after this one, in the same trail mix for Agentforce legend is also complete.

Created a salesforce support case, which resulted in backend fix by support team. I was then able to complete my badge /challenge

Alas, I'm on the last trail for Legend..
I've run into the "We can’t find an Apex class named DashboardController.". I've looked at a lot if not all the responses and tried them all but to no avail. The main thing is when I try to run "Deploy this source to org", it fails. Somehow I must've pointed it to a different org initially. This all gets confusing at. times. Any "easy button" fixes or commands I can run? Otherwise, How can I reset this so I get a new org? Thanks.
