We have activated Flow that updates Case status from "New" to "Working" when Case owner is changed to a new user.

We also have activated standard Case notification "Notify Case Owners when Case Ownership Changes" from Service Setup and the User checks via UI ""Send notification Email".

 

It seems that flow interferes with sending record owner change email notification.

If the flow is active email is not sent, otherwise when flow is inactive the new owner receives the email notification.

Is there a way to overcome this limit?
