Hi Trailblazers!

I'm pretty new at managing my org's Salesforce and need to test the new release updates and enable MFA. Do you know any trailheads or other resources that I can use to help prepare for enabling these new features? Thanks!

Our email to case functionality has stopped working - is this due to something in the new release and if so, what steps are required to fix it?

Post new release, In our Prod org , when we create new work, it goes to record type selection page after selection nothing happends.

We already changed the new button in work object to standard page but its not working.

We are able to create work item from sprint wall. Can anybody please help on how to fix this issue. Edit works fine.

    Hi @Mahabahu Behera

Some more tips which might help:

Please make sure your users have the "Agile Accelerator User" perm set so that they have access to the Record Types.

Also make sure they haven't configured their user settings to skip the record type selection screen. You can check this via:

Your name(in header) >> My Settings >> Display and layout >> Set Default Record Types (make sure no default record type is set for the Work object)

All releases are announced here and first pushed to sandboxes to allow for customer testing.

You can read more about the new updates in our externally available release notes here:

    https://salesforce.quip.com/TejEAD4YzR30

, which were previously shared with all customers in this Trailblazer community.

If after reviewing all of the benefits of the new page you would like to use the standard salesforce create/edit experience can so by following these steps:

Go to Setup > Object Manager > Work Object.

Scroll to the Buttons, Links, and Actions section.

Click Edit next to each action you want to customize (View, New, Edit, and Clone are the primary choices).

Select "Standard Page" action option and click Save as shown in the attached screen shot.
