Resolving - Error The 'New LEAD Trend by Source' dashboard component is not a pie chart.'

Sub-Task: Extend Your Reporting Strategy with the AppExchange

Problem Description:

1. Unable to edit the dashboard component 'New LEAD Trend by Source' in Salesforce Classic.

2. Able to edit the dashboard component 'New LEAD Trend by Source' in Lightning Experience, however the pie chart chart is not available to be selected.

3. As a result, when checking the challenge, it shows an error -> The 'New LEAD Trend by Source' dashboard component is not a pie chart.'

Resolution:

1. Uninstall (fully remove, do not save a copy of package) the CRM adoption dashboard package in Lightning Experience under the click path Setup | Apps | Packaging | Installed Packages.

2. Switch to Salesforce Classic, go to Setup and then go to the AppExchange Marketplace.

3. Install the CRM adoption dashboard package from AppExchange Marketplace.

4. Stay in Salesforce Classic and go to edit the dashboard component 'New LEAD Trend by Source' and uncheck the Use chart as defined in source report option.

5. Save and refresh the dashboard at least one time.

6. Check your challenge for points again.

Additional Information

The pie chart is not available for selection in Lightning Experience, it is only available in Salesforce Classic.
