How do I share knowledge base article attachments with everyone?
I have created a knowledge base article that has an associated file attachment.
The share type for that file is set to "Set by Record" and the visibility is set to "Standard Users"
I would like to change that visibility to "All Users" though.
How do I do that?

There seems to be a limit on the file size. But I don't know if it's a single file or a total.
