I am unable to continue forward from the: Learn About Agentforce Sales Everywhere Challenge. I keep receiving the error that the system can't verify that I have logged into the Salesforce Extension. I've tried multiple times and followed the instructions.

#Trailhead Challenges Error Reads: Challenge not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1. We can't verify that you logged in using the Salesforce Extension.

    Hey Brian, 

     

    The fix that's actually confirmed to work here: when you install/log into the Salesforce Chrome extension, there's a "Keep me logged in" checkbox shown only at login time. If you missed checking it during your first login, the extension won't maintain a persistent authenticated session the way the challenge checker verifies. 

     

    Fix: 

    1. Log out of the Salesforce Chrome extension completely 

    2. Log back in, and this time check "Keep me logged in" before submitting 

    3. Confirm you're logged into the same Playground org the challenge is checking against 

    4. Go back and click Check Challenge again 

     

    Also worth confirming: Setup > Feature Settings (or Sales Cloud Everywhere settings) has "Use Salesforce Across the Web" enabled for your user, that's required for the Chrome extension to function at all, if it's off, the extension technically can't authenticate properly even with the checkbox ticked.

Embedded Messaging In-app and Web

Hello 

 

We are looking to implement Embedded chat on a local site so that we can test out a new MIAW implementation. 

I have provided the code snippet from the Embedded Chat Deployment to our front end team (which works successfully when internally testing in the pre-provided visualforce test page) but on trying to initiate the chat from external test site, they are receiving an error as follows:

I am looking for just a bit of guidance where I may point my web team to troubleshoot this issue.  Is this error message a "common" thing that might point to salesforce config.  Or would it be more a front end technical error. 

 

Really just looking for guidance or where I might look to troubleshoot this issue when I don't know about front end stuff and they don't know about Salesforce.  Any help appreciated! Thanks

    Hi @Kamlesh Regar

     

     

    Checking back through our documentation - I can see that we did receive the same error you have detailed. However, we were receiving the error 100% of the time - though you have reported to be inconsistent, so I am not sure if the same issue will resolve. 

     

    We made 2 changes at the same time and resolved the error so I also could not be confident if 1 of these changes would have resolved or it needed both changes. 

     

    Change 1

     

    We had originally added the salesforce provided script in the head tag instead of the body tag.  The script has now been moved into the body tag. 

     

    Change 2 

    We needed to add the site domain into the "Trusted URL" option within setup menu.  After adding the URL, it was essential that we needed to set the "frame-src" checkbox option to "true"

    I am not very confident in this area of front end setup, so I really hope this can help solve your issue!

How to fix the issues when I get this error message "Too many query rows: 50001"
I'm getting the VF error message Too many query rows: 50001 and not sure how to fix it.  I'm looking at the VF page and not sure where to begin.

Unable to edit or save Trailblazer Profile – required fields treated as empty

Trailblazer Profile editing is currently not working for me.

When I open Edit Profile, the required fields Role and Relationship to Salesforce already contain valid selected values, but both fields are highlighted in red and Salesforce displays “This field is required.”

Re-selecting the existing values or choosing different values does not resolve the validation error. Because of this, I cannot save any changes to my profile, including my title and Short Bio.

The profile editor has also become unstable: while entering or changing text, characters sometimes behave unexpectedly and the edit window can close or reset.

Expected behavior: existing or newly selected values should be accepted and profile changes should save normally.

Actual behavior: the two required dropdown fields are treated as empty even though values are visibly selected, preventing all profile updates.

I have screenshots showing the validation errors. Is this a known Trailblazer Profile issue, and is there a workaround or a way to have the profile data corrected?

I am attempting to complete "Become an Agentblazer Champion 2026" and I'm on the "Use Employee Agents to Get Work Done" section and attempting to complete the "Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation" challenge, but can't enable Data Cloud. Please help?

The guideance says I can't do anything unless Data Cloud is activated but the directions keep telling me to go to Data Cloud set up in the quick finder -- but its not there. All the directions I find keep sending me in circles and its annoyoing. Please help!

System Test Error: “You Are Not Logged In” - Will It Affect Exam Day?

Hi Community, 

I’m having an issue with the system test for my Salesforce certification exam. Every time I try to run it, I receive the following message: 

 

“You are not logged in.” 

 

I’m accessing the system test using the link and code that were sent to me by email a few days before the exam, so I believe I’m following the correct process. 

 

So far, I’ve already tried: 

 

  • Using a different browser
  • Using a different computer
  • Opening the link again directly from the exam email
  • Repeating the login/system test process several times

 

Unfortunately, I keep getting the same “

You are not logged in

” error. 

 

My main concern is that my exam is already scheduled, and I would like to know whether

this issue with the system test could prevent me from accessing the exam on the actual exam day

, or whether the exam login works differently. 

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there anything else I should check or do before the exam?

I can log into SF with my passkey, but when I try to generate a temporary verification code, it cannot verify me

I'm baffled because I have both Windows Hello and a 1pasword passkey set up on my computer.  I am able to log into Salesforce with either.  I can export reports using these passkeys, but when I (as an Admin) try to generate a temporary verification code for another user, my computer suddenly doesn't recognize any of my passkeys.   

 

If I click on "Verify Your Identity", nothing happens.  If I click it enough times, it logs me out and I have to log in again with my passkey. 

 

I don't understand why I can use my passkey for other logins/verifications, but this step doesn't seem to recognize it.  Can anyone help?

    While troubleshooting the same issue for our org, I came across some other threads that recommended trying to generate the verification code on Salesforce Classic instead of lightning, and that worked for me. Seems like lightning is bugged after the passkey change. Wanted to pass it along since I found your post first while searching 🫡
