I'm excited to share that I recently passed the Certified Strategy Designer exam! It was a really valuable learning experience that tested both my understanding of the concepts and how to apply them in practical situations. I found that staying consistent with my studies and focusing on the fundamentals made a big difference.

For my preparation, I used the official learning materials and spent time reviewing each topic carefully. I also practised with questions from a few different resources, including Certs-Topic, to check my understanding and identify the areas where I needed a little more work. That extra practice helped me feel much more confident before the exam.

If you're preparing for the Certified Strategy Designer exam, take your time, understand the concepts instead of memorising them, and keep practising regularly. Wishing everyone who's preparing the very best of luck!

 Salesforce Certified Platform Foundation

Hi, could you please advise me? I am entering the Salesforce world, and I recently took the

Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations exam and failed. I felt the exam was complicated because the questions were very technical, whereas some acquaintances had told me it was more conceptual. Could you please guide me on sites to practice or how to improve? I scored lower in the navigation section, which I assume happened because it's my first time entering the Salesforce world and I failed there.

Since the Platform Administrator Practice Exam has been discontinued, I noticed the link for the free practice test is no longer working developer.salesforce.com/files/ti/thi/THI-000393/administratorpracticetest.html

I saw the post about FocusonForce but is there another Practice Exam available or coming through Salesforce?

Hi, I am looking for updated practice tests that I can use to prepare for the exam. I found a couple of them in Udemy, but there were comments that the questions are outdated.

If there is anyone here who passed the exam recently, please share any tips that could help me

Thanks,

I'm taking the Administrator Certification Prep Interactive Practice Test in the Prepare for Your Salesforce Administrator Credential trail mix. I'm going over the answers I got wrong, and this one is bugging me. The question is: "Universal Containers uses a custom object within the product development team. Product development, executives, and System Administrators should be the only users with access to records of this object. Product development needs read/write access to all the records within the object, while the executives should only be able to view the records.How can the System Administrator configure the security model to meet these requirements?" The feedback is that the correct answer should be: "Set the Organization-Wide Defaults for the custom object to Public Read Write; Give the Product Development Profile Read, Create, Edit permissions; give the Executive Profile Read Only permissions for that object." I don't understand how this is the correct answer - isn't it the case that you can't use permissions/sharing to restrict access beyond what is established by the organization-wide defaults? What am I missing here?   #Practice Exams #Admin Certification

    @Jesse Wilson

    I am currently preparing for my admin exam, and I found this question. Reading through the question, I figured the correct answer should be setting the OWD to private and then opening up access via permission set.

    Nevertheless, based on the scenario you explained, I am assuming those three users are the only profiles assigned when the object was created; it just becomes more confusing when the question is about the permission set for a custom object just as

    @Kerry Samuels stated.

    To take the Salesforce AI Associate exam, start by reviewing the official exam objectives and understanding core AI concepts such as AI basics, Salesforce Einstein, data ethics, and real-world use cases. Practice scenario-based questions and take mock exams to build confidence. Schedule the exam through Webassessor and ensure your system passes all checks if you’re taking it online.

    I passed my AI Associate exam today with the help of Salesforcexamdumps. Their study material was spot on, and 100% of the exam questions matched what I practiced. Highly recommended for quick and effective preparation.

    Hi Sachin,

    Sorry to hear that you didn't pass - but don't worry, the exams are meant to be difficult. If they weren't, they wouldn't hold much value once you pass them :)

    I'm going to assume you've completed the preparation Trailmix for this certification.

    Other things you can do to prepare are:

    1. Go through (paid) training material on sites like FocusOnForce.com or Udemy

    2. Join a (free) Salesforce Certification Day

    3. Find a mentor near where you live who can guide you through the topics you find challenging

    4. Understand the structure of the exam questions: remember that each question usually has 2 "trash" answers, one decoy, and one true answer. If you can filter out the two incorrect ones right off the bat, then even without knowing the answer you stand a 50% chance of getting it right.

    5. Read blogs to understand other people's experience with the exam. I can't stress enough just how much reading blogs like Gemma Blezard's or Keir Bowden helped me in my own certification journey.

    6. When you took the exam, you should have received results that told you which topics you didn't do as well on. Focus on those, maybe there are recordings you can watch on those topics?

    7. Get some practical experience. The exam sometimes tests you on things that you won't see on Trailhead - the "What things does Salesforce NOT do". To understand these, you need some practical experience with the system. Make your own project in a dev org, maybe intern somewhere as an assistant administrator.

    If there is any specific help you need in order to do better next time, please feel free to ask us.

    • Focus on Force
      • I've used this for 3 certs.
      • Sometimes I get very frustrated with how outdated or poorly written the questions are.
    • saasguru
      • Haven't had a chance to use it.
    • Salesforce Ben
      • Haven't had a chance to use it, but given the nature of their content I would expect this one to be the best.

Hi Community! I have been in Sales Operations for about 6 months (started from scratch) and I've just signed up for my Salesforce Admin exam. My boss recommended to join the trailblazer/admin community to get some helpful insight on how to prepare for my Salesforce Admin exam aside from Trailhead. Any and all recommendations of mock exams, study guides, or even feedback on how your own Salesforce Admin exam went would be great appreciated!

Thanks in advance, everyone. :)
