    Hi Sachin,

Sorry to hear that you didn't pass - but don't worry, the exams are meant to be difficult. If they weren't, they wouldn't hold much value once you pass them :)

I'm going to assume you've completed the preparation Trailmix for this certification.

Other things you can do to prepare are:

    1. Go through (paid) training material on sites like FocusOnForce.com or Udemy

    2. Join a (free) Salesforce Certification Day

    3. Find a mentor near where you live who can guide you through the topics you find challenging

    4. Understand the structure of the exam questions: remember that each question usually has 2 "trash" answers, one decoy, and one true answer. If you can filter out the two incorrect ones right off the bat, then even without knowing the answer you stand a 50% chance of getting it right.

    5. Read blogs to understand other people's experience with the exam. I can't stress enough just how much reading blogs like Gemma Blezard's or Keir Bowden helped me in my own certification journey.

    6. When you took the exam, you should have received results that told you which topics you didn't do as well on. Focus on those, maybe there are recordings you can watch on those topics?

    7. Get some practical experience. The exam sometimes tests you on things that you won't see on Trailhead - the "What things does Salesforce NOT do". To understand these, you need some practical experience with the system. Make your own project in a dev org, maybe intern somewhere as an assistant administrator.
