Hello everyone,

I  have created survey and I'm using the process builder to send it when the case is closed.

the issue is that i can't see the "Survey Invitations and Responses" from the Account Related List, but i can see them from the Survey Related List.

I need to able to see the Invitations and the responses from the Account related list.

NOTE: I'm using a Person Account.

Hi all, I'm using Salesforce Surveys for the first time and all is going well except with the link to the survey in the email.  I've automated sending the survey with a flow and I'm using the standard email template "Embed_a_Survey_Link".  Email sends fine but the button link doesn't work. Any ideas on what I might have done to break this??  many thanks :-)

Hi Community,

I have a survey that is sent using process builder when a case is closed. It uses a lightning email template related to the survey questions object to embed the survey link. It is cloned from the standard email template Embed_a_Survey_Link.

I am looking for a way to add case merge fields such as subject to the email template.

I tried adding  {{{Case.Subject}}}  but the template just stopped working and emails aren't sent.

Any help on how to accomplish this will be appreciated.

Survey language issues.  When I added a French language translation to my survey I ran into the following issues. 

1. The survey does not default to a language, as the language checkbox on a contact record is not used in displaying a survey in a specific language.  My thought is 98% would default to English and other those with the checkbox would have to select French in my example.  Currently if you select a language, then it always prompts all users to pick a language.  
2. Language picker default language error, which my admin logged an issue on: https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p4V000001Yq19QAC.  Specifically, if you pick French the survey stays in French if you go back and try and select the English version.  .  
3. Once you add a language you can't remove the language.  You have to create a new (clone) the survey and use the new survey you just created.

Any insights or suggestions to these issues?

Getting surveys ready for the Fall ‘22 release of Simple Survey 🚀

In preparation for the next major release of Simple Survey, expected this Fall 2022, Vicasso has proactively worked with many clients with survey templates using the Classic landing page style. If you have already worked directly with our Support Team, you should have successfully finished the landing page migration process! 

For added peace of mind, you can run a query in your Org through the Developer Console with the steps outlined in the following knowledge article: How to check if existing surveys are running the new landing page style

If you identify that your active surveys still need to be updated, we can help guide you through the process. Open a Support Case by emailing simplesurvey@vicasso.com or login into our digital experience at support.vicasso.com.
