I came to learn about the Salesforce about 18 months ago when I joined Climb Hire. So far my experience has been incredible and the people I've met both inspiring and supportive. I am a Certified Admin pursuing a Salesforce Consultant career and can't wait to continue sharing my journey and growth with everyone!

#MyTrailblazerStory This is my first post to the TBC, my name is Muhammad ShamsidDeen, Local to the RDU area of NC. My background is in Structured Cabling and I'm a Farmer as well. I decided to make the career change so I can get out of the "service/installation field" and use my expertise and experience of sales and customer retention that I've gained over the years. My ultimate goal in salesforce is to become a Salesforce Certified App Builder. Frist steps in this new trail :-) for me is is to obtain my Salesforce Admin certification. I'm also actively working towards my Google Project Management Cert, and my Google IT support Professional cert, which will be followed by my Google IT Automation with Python cert to finish it off. My goal is to have this all completed in 9months. Might any of you wonder #Trailblazers have any insight or constructive criticism about me obtaining the certs and if they will benefit each other in me landing a career, weather along the way or once all cert are completed. My apologies if my first post was long winded, I'm super excited about this new endeavor!
I am an out of work teacher (by choice) and as the saying goes, a little greyer than most, and stumbled upon Salesforce in a short-lived stint with a mis-managed call center. Even though I couldnt get away from the call center fast enough, I was left very curious about Salesforce and then I stumbled upon this program. I am eager, have alot of time on my hands, but am stumbling around. I am completing beginning badges, but just am not sure what path I am actually on, or even want to be on. Suggestions, links to articles, any information at all is greatly appreciated. The only journeys that are ensured to fail are the ones that are never started...so thanks for helping me get started. #MyTrailblazerStory

Thank you very much for your answer. But there are no jobs in Poland in the Salesforce discord channel. Is it real to get an admin certificate without production experience? I think it would help on interview.

I'm starting my Salesforce journey after wrapping up my MBA in January this year and experiencing difficulty finding new employment last fall with limited experience in IT. I am most interested in pivoting into the IT side of sales and business operations. In a SMB aspect it's mainly getting insight into the funnel. That being said, your lead conversion process, opportunity categorization, and account management should all be set up to be most efficient.
A lot of time, SF is setup to model spreadsheets which is not the best use of the platform. It's geared towards pushing through the funnel and automation.
Hooking Salesforce into other apps such as Slack, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, RevOps all give a bit of an edge for those not using RevOps/MarketOps.
