TGIF Hubbers! Phew, what a week... Hub to Lightning✅️

#FridayShoutOut to the entire community for being so flexible, understanding and patience with us as we transitioned the community to Lightning this week. Especially those who have been providing feedback along the way, we really appreciate it!

Shout outs to @Michael Kolodner @Ryan Ozimek @Collin Zimmerman @Barbara Christensen @Bob Bailey @Terry Cole and many more for helping being leaders, identifying places in this transition that need further clarification and leading by example!

Shout outs also to our Enterprise Systems and CX teams who have been behind the scenes making the magic happen during this transition, we wouldn't be here without them! @David Lea @Ryan Foster @David Thompson @Kim Koloff Trivedi @Meg Aul @Steven Paredes @Kathy Mirescu @Dan Hobbs @Sidra Siddiqui @Michael Lynch @Matt Abernathy @Calista Carter

From the feedback we've received so far, I've compiled the most frequently asked questions into a knowledge article that I will continue to update over the coming weeks.

Even when I'm logged into my primary SF domain, or when I clear my cache, I get an error message "You are attempting to login to with an inactive Power of Us Hub user." I can log in with an Incognito window, but I have to verify my identity (text) every time. I do have multiple logins (I am the volunteer administrator for three non-profits), but I am used to clearing the cache or simply logging into my primary domain to access the hub.

The Power of Us Hub is transitioning to Lightning in April! We are referring to the Hub in Lightning as “Hub 2.0.”

In preparation for this transition, we are hosting a 4-part webinar series that will highlight some of the key new features of Hub 2.0. We will provide demos, overviews, and explanations to help enable you all — our amazing community! — as we prepare for the Power of Us Hub's transition to Lightning.

These will be recorded and shared in the Hub if you cannot attend the live sessions.

Each webinar will be followed by a 30 minute Ask Me Anything (AMA) in the @Hub 2.0 Post-Webinar AMA (ARCHIVED) Group, an opportunity to ask questions and get answers in real-time.

We invite you to join us on this journey as we prep for Hub 2.0!

You can view all the recordings in line in my original post (they will remain unlisted until the Hub actually goes live in early April, date TBA), and also in the @Hub 2.0 Post-Webinar AMA (ARCHIVED) group along the left nav. Also here:

Let's use topics @Kim Trivedi!

This is a great way to organize content and will get us

in the habit of using topics for our transition to #Hub2 🙂

Unrelated to the Hub transition to Lightning but also a wonderful resource as you're getting started with Salesforce, @Melinda van Vuuren, are the Hub Nonprofit Office Hours. These are open Q&A sessions led by the community and organized by @Caroline Renard

. You don't need to pre-register, you can bring Salesforce questions on any topic, and questions are answered in the order that they are received (so joining for just part of a session is fine too).

    Details are here:

    https://powerofus.force.com/articles/Customer_Service/Salesforce-com-Foundation-Weekly-Office-Hours

Note that the last Friday in each month has a specific discussion topic. Today's panel (starting in just over an hour!) will be sharing their favorite Lightning tips.
