Hello Eric, thank you for your response. I recently created a Trial edition of Service Cloud - https://www.salesforce.com/products/service/
I assumed this Service Cloud trial instance automatically comes with ai for faster resolution of cases - as the banner indicates "ai for customer service" AI+DATA+CRM indicates - However the Trail instance does not have any additional features added to Cases object . It's the same as any SFDC Trial Org
Free Coaching programs available to women from non-tech backgrounds who are interested in learning about different products. These programs can provide women with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the tech industry.
It's always good to get a 'Know How' on new / different Technologies while excelling at the current domain that you are handling. This will help widening your horizon.
