I am consistently getting the following error when I upload my Word Docusign/Salesforce gen template. "Unable to generate the following files:

•  Regrant Template
• Could not generate document " Regrant Template": [100] Error occurred Reference ID: 51e1a1cf-5ad4-437b-9f93-484ff0b1167b"

Why??? How can I fix this?

Hi Team,

I’m having issues populating all quote lines on DocuSign envelope templates.

We integrated DocuSign esignature with CPQ and I’m having difficulty populating the quote lines on a form. I know this can be done with DocuSign Gen, I was wondering if someone integrated it with DocuSign esignature.

If a quote has multiple lines, only one line appears on the DocuSign form. I was thinking about creating a custom field in Salesforce that automatically captures all line items on a quote and add the custom field on the DocuSign form.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I'm trying to set up my DocuSign Gen. I am pasting the anchor text into my Word document, but I keep receiving these errors where the information should be populating, for example when trying to pull the close date field:

TemplateErrorExists:XPathException: XPath expression (/Opportunity/CloseDate) returned no results

I am trying to populate fields from the opportunity object, as well as pull fields from the related account.

Any suggestions for what is happening or how I can troubleshoot?

Can anyone tell me how to update the opportunity stage field and quotes status field after the document is signed by DocuSign? I have a custom button "Send with DocuSign" on the quote page, after hitting that button quote document is generated and then the above-mentioned fields should get updated.

Hi all,

 I've got a requirement for DocuSign+Salesforce. It goes something like this:

Given a DocuSign agreement has a Signature Sequence 1, 2 and 3

When signers 1 and 2 have signed

Then a field in Salesforce should update automatically (i.e. awaiting 3rd Signature)

I can't find anything that allows DocuSign to update Salesforce in between signatories. Only after all have signed, it allows you to configure a writeback field in Salesforce.

Any suggestions on how this could be achieved? 

Could I leverage some record creation or platform event that happens in between the signatury sequence? I can see that SF is updating as the Signature sequence progresses, but I'm not sure what objects/records I can leverage here.

Hi, I have a integration with Docusign and I send a email but the email message doesn't show complete. The documentation says that "The message is limited to 2000 characters" and my message has 300 characters, I want to kwow if exists some other restriction in the email message length or how I show my message complete.

I'm trying to work with the DocuSign Templates for adding in a drop down menu to select from 1 of our 2 programs. The field had been open for them to fill in as they pleased but it wasn't clear what they should put to I figured to get more uniform with our data the dropdown would help. However, I'm having issues with the drop down actually showing the options I allocated to it. When I look at the template it shows the correct options but when I send it to another person, they get 2 other options that have nothing to do with anything and I'm not sure where they are coming from.

We do have this integrated with our Salesforce org as well. I made sure the field wasn't tied to any Salesforce objects and still the issue persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
