Hi all, does anyone know any good email syncing/logging tool that can auto sync/log Outlook emails from/to only certain email domains (instead of all emails in the inbox) to Salesforce. We are researching an alternative tool of Einstein Activity Capture with this feature i.e. Cirrus Insight, Ebsta.

We setup EAC and our EVENTS stopped syncing all of a sudden. Turns out the Exchange Web Service connection no longer exists. How can I find how or when it stopped working??

With Einstein Activity Capture you can enable Activity Metrics*. This allows you to track activity stats against records and flag when relationships have become 'cold'.
