Kugamon v9.3.5 is now available. 

 

This release includes fixes that improve accuracy and consistency across invoicing and product management. 

 

Fixes: 

- Resolved an issue where the Online Invoice Template did not display two decimal places for the Past Due Message Amount. 

- Fixed inconsistent Product SKU support across Manage Catalog, Manage Kit/Bundle, Manage Configuration, and the Quote and Order Lightning Configurator. 

 

These updates help ensure cleaner data, consistent product handling, and more reliable invoice presentation.

Kugamon v9.3.4 is now here. 

 

This release focuses on improving pricing accuracy, service line consistency, and configurator behavior across Quote and Order workflows. 

 

Fixes and Updates: 

- Resolved an issue where the Quote & Order Import Lines function did not use the Price Book Entry Price for Sales Price when Sales Price was blank and List Price was defined. 

- Fixed an issue where Import Lines did not respect Service Line List Price and Service Term Behavior values. 

- Corrected behavior so Order Service Line List Price and Service Term Behavior now properly inherit values from the Quote during Order creation. 

- Added support for Tiered Pricing on Kit/Bundle members in the Quote and Order Lightning Configurator [Edit Lines]. 

- Updated available values for the Payment Type picklist field. 

 

These updates ensure greater consistency and reliability across pricing and service configurations.

  • New Quote Checklist Lightning Component with Generate Order capability
  • New Order Checklist Lightning Component with Release Order capability
  • New Product Snapshot Lightning Component
  • Added support for Product SKU across Manage Catalog, Manage Kit/Bundle, Manage Configuration, and Quote & Order Lightning Configurator

Enhancements:

  • Updated Online Order Acceptance Contact Capture to support Contact field character limits

We’re excited to roll out new improvements to streamline approvals, invoices, and configurator usability — all designed to elevate your Quote-to-Cash experience. 

 

Enhancements: 

- Updated Online Order Approval Captured Activity Record. 

- Refreshed Online Order Approval Signature Block in the Order PDF Template. 

- Added Online Order Approval Section in the Invoice PDF Template. 

- Changed Online Invoice Template Checkout dependency from Kugamon Settings “Online Order Acceptance Button” to Invoice “Add Checkout to Invoice.” 

- Updated Contact Shipping Icon Color from Green to Purple in Quote and Order Lightning Configurator [Edit Lines]. 

 

🐞 Fixes: 

- Resolved issue where Kugamon Settings “Prevent Multiple Orders on an Invoice” was not supported when unchecked.
