Hello, good morning everyone. I hope you're all doing well. Has anyone here ever experienced this issue?

I have a "Textarea Plus!" field inside a repeater where some information is typed in. When this information is submitted, the message is also sent to Slack. However, the line breaks are not appearing in Slack.

In the Textarea Plus! field, the input looks like this: 

But when it goes to Slack, it appears like this, as shown in the image:

Since it's in a repeater, it's part of a loop, and to send the message to Slack, I'm using a text template. In the text template, I'm referencing it like this: 

 {!Loop.Feito.slackOutput} 

 But this way, I'm unable to preserve the line breaks in Slack.

Has anyone found a solution for this? I even tried using an Apex class, but it didn't work.

I am studying the associated certification, and I came across a question that I do not know what the answer is, since, in my opinion, either of the two can be correct according to thought.

The question is:

A Salesforce associate recently relocated from Get Cloudy Consulting's San Francisco office to its new London Office. The associate wants to change their personal work hours information in the Salesforce org to reflect their new time zone.

Which method is easiest to change these settings?

A. Go to Setup > Company Information > Default Time Zone

B. Submit a case with Salesforce support

C. My Personal Information > Language & Time Zone

I think the answer should be A. The reason is because it is the entire office that moves, not just one person. But, I am seeing many people who think that it is C, that each user should change their personal Time Zone.

I have doubts beyond whether it is an exam question or not. I really wish it would be the most logical thing in this situation.
