I have a dashboard with two view selectors for campaigns displayed side by side, each showing URL links. The dashboard should also display web objects that update dynamically when the view selectors are changed, showing both the link and the corresponding web page for the selected campaign

Based on your question alone, it seems difficult to fully understand the issue.
Could you create a small set of dummy data that reproduces the problem and share a workbook built with it?
(If you’re able to share your actual workbook instead, that would work as well.)
