Hey all, I just came across the issue that I can't change an org wide email, because it is used in email alert(s). Found this thread, but I can't query for WorkFlowAlert, nor are there any other Sobjects that might be email alerts.
Any other idea? I also tried to download the metadata (both with inspector), where I get a list of email alerts but without receipients....
Hello Team,
I have enabled the Send Email to Queue Members option for Some Queues in my org. I have also added the Organization-wide address (a no reply email). In case assignment rules the Email template is also assigned to the particular assignment rule for which the email has to be sent.After all this set up, I am still not receiving the email. Am I missing any more steps for this configuration to work?
