I am about to complete my Agetforce Legend Trailhead, overall I learned a lot of new things, I especially enjoyed the slack integration trailhead most. It has become so quick to do agent integration with Slack. Joining this community to continue my learning.

Tackling the Become an Agentforce Legend trail has showcased just how powerful Slack becomes when paired with AI agents. Drawing on my background with Slack, the hands-on Agentforce modules revealed exciting new ways to tailor workflows to business needs. Building the Coral Cloud Resort agent highlighted the immediate value for customer support—offloading routine inquiries like bookings and weather updates lets human reps focus on complex issues while drastically reducing response times. 

I’m currently exploring Agentforce as part of my upskilling journey. I’m learning how agents can automate tasks, use Salesforce data, and work with custom actions to support different business processes. This hands-on learning is helping me better understand how Agentforce can be applied in real-world Salesforce implementations. 

 Joined this community on the path to becoming an Agentblazer Legend. Hoping to learn a lot! 

I've been involved in 5 different projects QAing Agentforce, covering a total of 9 Agentforce agents. 

Each project brings new challenges that help me move forward and keep growing.

I am working on my Agentblazer Legend status and having fun while doing it. I hope I get to work hands-on on a real customer agent soon. 

As I am doing the Become an Agentforce Legend trail, I am so impressed how agents can be connected to Slack. I have a lot of experience with Slack and seeing this capability in the hands on challenges has been eye opening as yet another way that Slack can be customized to fit your business' needs.  I am excited to utilize this IRL!  

I haven't used Agentforce in a real business scenario yet, but after building the Coral Cloud Resort agent, I can see how valuable it would be for customer service. Having an AI agent automatically handle common questions like weather or booking details would save human reps hours of time and improve the customer experience!
