@New Mexico Non Profit Salesforce Hackers

Here is my error

Hello Trailblazers , I have been looking into non profit Case Management. I am trying to install the case management package in my trailhead org but i am getting some errors. Is this not available for trailhead orgs?

I am following below steps:

Salesforce recommends installing in a Sandbox environment or a Developer org before installing into a Production org. For more information, see Create a Sandbox in Salesforce Help

  1. Log out of all other Salesforce orgs. You may want to use an incognito window to ensure you install in the correct org.
  2. Go to the Nonprofit Cloud Case Management installer page.
  3. Click Install Nonprofit Cloud Case Management - View Details.
  4. Click Log In to Start Pre-Install Validation, then select Production or Developer Org or Sandbox or Scratch Org.
  5. Log in to the org.
  6. Click Allow.
  7. Click Install. You'll see a confirmation when Case Management installs successfully.
  8. Click View Org to access your new org.
  9. Complete all the steps in Post-Installation Required Tasks.

It seems that a paid license is required.

Purchased licenses for Nonprofit Cloud Case Management, which also give you access to Action Plan licenses, through your Account Executive. To verify your licenses, click Setup and enter Company Information in the Quick Find box, then click Company Information. Under Permission Set Licenses, confirm that you have active licenses for Nonprofit Cloud Case Management and Action Plans. You won’t be able to install Case Management without these licenses.

It feels like you can buy it here.

Hi Trailblazers!

I'm looking forward to regain some SFDC skills after 3-4 years of being out of practice.

Have heard that one of the best ways to do it, besides TrailHead, is volunteering in a non-for-profit organization.

Any guidance in this respect? I'm in Mexico and having trouble finding anything local or with remote possibilities.

Regards!

okay I have a problem / hack I could bring to the table for us to work on if there is interest. It's a batch problem. I need to create a bunch of new opportunities with quotes that are copies of existing ones. I've create the report of the existing opps/quotes and now I have to use dataloader.io to create (upsert is the word I think) the new ones. Any interest in hacking this with me?

I'm interested in hacking this! Sorry for the slow response. Has it been fixed yet?
