My Salesforce Certified Administrator exam was scheduled for October 17, 2024. Unfortunately, the exam was unexpectedly suspended during the video, audio, and network checks. I opened a support case regarding this issue, but it was closed with a response stating that an automatic case was created when the exam was suspended, and I was advised not to create a new case.

The support team mentioned that resolving this issue would take 30 to 35 days. However, my exam was suspended on October 17, 2024, and today is December 16, 2024. This timeframe has passed without any follow-up. I have also tried to reach out via email but haven't received a response. I created another case to inquire about the status, but I received the same response: that they would provide an update within 30 to 35 business days.

I feel stuck due to this situation and am unable to register for the Sales and Service Cloud Consultant exam. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

Next Steps that I would suggest:

    1. Follow up with Salesforce Certification Support to escalate the issue.
    2. Recheck your system to ensure it meets the exam requirements.
    3. Consider re-registering for the exam if you cannot get a resolution soon.
    4. If still unresolved, escalate via social media or the Salesforce Community.
