Salesforce Winter'24 Release Update
Do you have trouble keeping track of which leads are active and which ones need attention?
Do you wish there was a way to quickly see which leads or contacts have no activity, or which ones have upcoming activities scheduled?
If so, then you'll be excited about the new Intelligence View for Leads and Contacts in Salesforce Winter '24 release.
This new feature provides a centralized view of all activity related to your contacts, including calls, emails, meetings, and tasks. You can also use the Intelligence View to create new tasks or emails for multiple contacts at once.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced existing reports seemingly loading much slower than prior to the release? We love to see Astro running but he's running too much, sometimes timing out when the same report did not have issues prior to the release. #Winter24
Deprecated fields breaks Flows in Winter'24
Hi All,
There is a known issue which, in my opinion, is quite serious affecting Winter'24 orgs. https://issues.salesforce.com/issue/a028c00000xFymVAAS/ Essentially, "Get Records" element in Flow fails when trying to access a deprecated field from a managed package. Even if you're not using the field directly in your flow, if you are passing the result of "Get Records" to a subflow, the issue occurs. This is not an uncommon use case, in my opinion, and I am afraid this will affect several customers. The workaround suggested is not feasible to be implemented and tested within this short time span. I am not sure what action can be taken here but wanted to highlight this to increase awareness and start a discussion. Unless I am missing something, this looks to be a major issue.

We can’t migrate this workflow rule because it contains an update to the OwnerId field . Migrate to Flow doesn’t support this configuration.
This workflow rule is Time-Dependent Workflow Actions which to update owner to queue.
